Ok, the location was the only thing I would give high marks for. The first room we checked into had litlle bit of a moldy smell to it, it wasn't as clean in the bathroom, and we had an air conditioner with broken vents so we could not direct the air. We were in there for one night, and we... More

Do not book this property. It is not as advertised at all. Lobby bar is closed - hotel management said it was due to a transaction and the property leaving the network; SPG help line said they were not showing any notes to that effect. Staff sent me across the street to eat at the Red Lobster where I was... More

I think at one point in time, this was a very nice hotel. That day has come and gone. It's in desperate need of an update. The rooms smelled musty, the bathrooms were outdated and the mattress was one of the worst I have ever been one; I got the worst night of sleep I can remember in a long... More

Poor service for a famous hotel chain. Employees didn't clean the room 2 times in a 4 nights stay. Hidden fees such as packet reception rate. Bad and old hotel. I would never choose this again as an option.

Overall, our stay was not too bad. We had several issues with the room (TV wouldn't work, shade didn't pull down, ice make was broken) however the staff was quick to come up and fix the problems. They offered to change rooms for us but once the problems were resolved the room was fine. Front desk staff (Ruby in particular)... More

very easy to get to from the air port, and the building is very distinctive. we were on the 17th floor so when my daughter saw Harry Potters school, she got very excited. The staff was very friendly and helpful. we had steaks in the Tropical palms and enjoyed visiting with our server.

Rooms were nice and clean. Hallways were nice too. I like the fact that they give you free coffee, free water in your room. They ice is free also. You can also use their computer and print your boarding pass free of charge. The pool and pool area are beautiful. The only thing is it's not that close to Disney... More

First of all, the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbor's TV -- and staff seemed helpless to address the situation even at 2:00 a.m. But what really bothered me was their attempt to charge me a $15 per day "Facility Fee" to cover things that, according to my reservation and their website, are included in the room... The location is awesome , on international drive and public transport at doorstep and very close to universal. The hotel itself is dated and is in need of renovation so not worth calling it a 3* hotel as they call it. some corridor areas smelled bad . Good for using spg points as its only 3000 even during the peak... More

Orlando is often a challenging city to find good service. I say that despite it being primarily a tourist destination, quite often service is sub par. I am glad to report that this hotel fell into the other category with nice people and great service. As a Four Points, you get what you pay for, although if its available, I... More
