Great place to stay. Staff are excellent and are very friendly. Hotel is clean inside and out. Pool area is great. We stayed here for 11 nights and it was excellent. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. We booked a family room with a cot. The cot was not in the room when we arrived, but housekeeping brought it to the room within 5 minutes. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially breakfast staff. The hotel is beautiful, the lobby is awesome, and the food is good if pricey. The pool complex is wonderful and great for kids as well as adults. We stayed here for a week the last time we visited Orlando and thought the place was great. The only complaint we had was that we were need the lifts/elevators and you could them all night long. On the plus side we had a balcony which overlooked SeaWorld and you could watch the fireworks every night More

Stayed at the Renaissance in 2008 and what an amazing hotel... The service was top notch, nothing was ever much trouble for the hotel staff. Nice food in the restaurants and was reasonably priced. Would certainly recommend to other couples, families. The rooms are of a high standard. More
