The professional yet personable staff gave my daughter's wedding party and out-of-town guests a very pleasant experience. This mother-of-the-bride is very pleased with our choice of hotels. The location was central to everything we needed as we prepared. The restaurant staff went above & beyond in helping make the ambience on her wedding night perfection!

Room was clean, bed was great. However the room was very run down. Carpets need to be replaced, furniture was damaged and worn. These rooms need to be redone. Other than that, still received double tree treatment. Freindly staff, good location and clean.

I attended a conference which was handled well. Lunch was very good. Everything ok except for loss of electricity, but it was taken care of within 10 minutes. My room was on the 14th floor and the view was beautiful. It was nice to have the small lobby on the floor as well.

beware of "handicapped" rooms. design is appalling unless you are in a wheelchair and have a helper. bathroom has poor sink and mirror access and shower plan allows water to get all over floor and creates a dangerous situation for anyone needing a cane or walker.
