Don't judge a hotel by its exterior, especially this one, which looks like a cheap, dirty motel type hotel on IDrive, personally I found it to be anything but. We were pleased with the hotel and its fab location, we stayed in one of the new rooms, it was lovely & kept very clean. Staff friendly & helpful. location excellent - plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance, especially liked Bahama Breeze and Olive Garden. The hotel puts on a free shuttle bus to Universal, Sea world, aquatica and wet n wild, which we found reliable and handy. Got a taxi back from Universal once which was around $15. Once and again, I was travelling on a low budget and Quality Plaza was a great choice. What you pay is what you get!!! But at least the rooms are clean and a great location!! I would come back! more

Was very surprised with this hotel after reading several negative reviews on trip advisor. The room was newly refurnished, clean and comfortable. The hotel was situated in a great location next to Pointe Orlando and with transport options nearby. The staff were always friendly and helpful And the best part was value for money! more
