This place was just awful! Dirty, hallway smelled like it had been smoked in for 100 years! Carpets were grungy, cabinets broken and the bathroom fan did not work. The mini fridge was leaking onto the carpet. No insulation between the rooms as we heard the neighbours cell phone ring all night long, doors slamming, arguing etc. we only stayed... More

I checked in and was given a room that I could see the metals of the mattress sticking out. I asked to to be changed long story short 4 rooms later I gave up and stayed in a complete dump. First, we called 5x for directions at 8 pm and got no answer. When we got there, the 3 employees were outside smoking, which they all returned to after we checked in. There are bad carpet stains in hallway and throughout hotel. The wifi did not work in room. The "suite" is a regular hotel room, beware they also charge... More

We checked out less than 2 hours after we checked in, due to: -Noise, the walls are paper-thin. -A leaky tub faucet, -Wet carpet, -Refrigerator didn't work; it just kept ticking as if it was trying to start, -Dirty, etc. The hotel offered no refund whatsoever. I've called them back and received no reply to that either.

Booked rooms through Groupon a month in advance. One guy working at front desk, being screamed at by a lady because they over booked about a hundred rooms. We were one of the lucky! We got there on a Tuesday night around 12:30 am and the outside was ok, the recepcionis was rude. We, a family of six, arrived to check in was immediately told by the front desk clerk there are no rooms the hotel was oversold. The clerk never looked up our reservation, name nothing. Room was horrible. I changed rooms, still horrible. Beds are horrible. You can feel and hear the springs in the bed. The management would not give me my money back after lots of complaining.
