Great hotel for the PRICE (important) and friendly staff with easy access to all the must-do's on international drive. Cute Tiki bar and pool. I suggest not getting a room on the first floor near the tiki bar/pool as it can be noisy with the passing guest. Room was cozy and comfy although slightly outdated with an air unit that... More

We stay in many hotels mainly cheap so I'm not expecting the best. I can deal with old and outdated but I can't do roaches. First let me say the lady in the front was nice I think her name was Fabiola. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Huge windows that overlooked the pool. There are no... More

Check in-the front desk appeared helpful. Gave us a choice of 3 room locations. As you walk to your room be prepared for the obstacle course of humidifiers in the halls. They are constantly running with no water pan to catch the water, it just ran over the floor so there were always mops or towels on the floor to... More

My visit was for vacation stay. Universal Theme parks and Wet & Wild atractions with in a short drive. Hotel front counter atendant courteous. No trouble checking in, although it was a online prepaid reservation. Rooms comfortable and daily cleaned. Fair price for stay. Pool with tiki bar. Parking is safe. Many dinning and souvenirs stores available at walking distance. Also... More

I used to stay at this hotel when it was the Metropolitan express and this is my first time staying since the name change. I stayed in room 1410. There was an odor inside the room everyday. The sliding door to the pool was broken and wouldn't even open. There was mold and mildew on the sink and in the... More

My Fiance and I were visiting Orlando a week ago. The location was on point - walking distance from Universal Studio's and eateries. However, check in time was a bit of a wait, but nice ppl none the less. The hallways & stairwell has a moldy odor. There seemed to be a leak in two of the hallways everyday we... More

Stayed here for a one night trip for business at Universal Studios. This is located right on I-Drive, right across from an Applebee's, also right across from [for now] Wet'N'Wild, and walking distance to about a dozen restaurants, mini golf places, gift shops, and if you so wish to, Universal Studios itself. It would take about 15-20 mins. to walk... More

As far as being a quiet, cold room to sleep in for a cheap price- this place is not bad. For the location you cannot beat the nightly rate. What I will strongly discourage you to do is pay the extra amount for the "continental" breakfast. The breakfast was awkwardly set up in a small space, making it hard for... More

The first room that I checked into had cockroaches all in the bathroom. From the sink and especially in the shower head. I went downstairs and showed the guy at the front desk the picture of what I took. He immediately gave me another room to stay in. The second room was a better option but was not clean. The... More

The hotel is one story building on international drive. Great amenities and location. You can get anything you like at nearby. Less than 3 mins walk to wet n wild. Bus stop is just in front of hotel to Universal Studio or Sea World. Of coz you cannot expect much about room cleanliness since it's really budget hotel.
