We exchanged our time share to this resort. It was great, with some room for improvements 1) Check In: We got there at 5:45, when the check in was 4:00. Our room still wasn't ready. With 3 young girls, after a very long day, it was frustrating. No apology was received by the desk clerk. Our room was ready in... more

It was so nice. I wish my apartment at home was as nice as this place. We stayed for a week. They only have maid service every three days, but if you needed anything all you had to do was call. The only thing we were surprised about was that they dont have free wifi. It is available but you... more

We had a 3 bdr, 3 bath Villa with a very nice screened in patio. With 4 adults and 3 kids under 6 it was plenty of room and privacy. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels were excellent. Rooms were clean and fairly well equipped. Pots and pans were not large enough to make a full meal for 6-8... more

This is a wonderful resort. We stayed in one of the 3 bedroom units and I found it to be huge. There is a jacuzzi tub in the main Master bedroom and a Roman tub in the second master. The third bedroom has two small beds and is perfect for kids. The room, and building in general, was very clean... more

Stayed for a week in April and it is so nice. Friendly staff, activities for the kids like face painting, crafts by the pool, and movie night at the pool make it appealing for families. Rooms are nice and private, three bedroom unit has two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with two twins. more

Check in was great. We had a 3 bedroom which was wonderful. The area was landscaped beautifully as well as the whole place being well planned out. Nice walkways around the property, had grills and picnic tables, 2 pools, 2 spas, very peaceful settings. The beds were so comfortable, everything was so clean, and the people were very helpful and... more

We just got back from an 8 day stay at the Grand Beach (phase I). The place is incredible. The 3 bedroom unit is huge (over 1,500 sf) and it has a great screened in porch. We loved the pool area and all the activities that were offered. It is about 3 miles from Disney entrance and there are tons... more

We bought a vacation package from Sams Club. It included 3 nights, 4 days in a one bedroom accomodation. It came with 2 adult tickets each for any 2 disney parks and one disney water park. All for $175!!!! The tickets to Disney alone would have cost almost $350. Initially I was a little skeptical, thinking there would be a... more

First let me tell you that I am not a "Disney" person- so when it was decided that we would visit my oldest son who is in college in the area, it was with great reservations that Orlando really became the only practical place to stay. We used an extra vacation through RCI and got a great deal for the... more
