Comfortable elegance. Our room exceeded our expectations. View overlooked the practice range and putting green. Range of food options from moderate to formal. Golf is expensive if you are not a member ($300 plus fore caddy) but this is the course that the PGA Tour plays in early March. It is common to see Arnold Palmer throughout the resort! Location... I am a frequent traveller and have stayed at various hotels in the past 15 years. I must say - the front desk attendants and manager are probably the most arrogant and incompetent I have ever met. The attitude is as if they are doing the customer a favor by letting them enter the property. The "guest houses" are horrendous... More

If you're 100% a dedicated golfer then this is the place for you. No frills accommodations combined with average food and small facilities. We loved the low noise levels throughout the hotel...seems very peaceful...no high volume, kids running around, or drunken 20 years old embarrassing themselves. We would return if golf was the focus of our trip.

Stayed for 2 nights at Bay Hill with the stay and play package. Golf course was fantastic and it was nice being so close to the course. Rooms are plain but spotless, simple and very comfortable. Nice place for golfers but little atmosphere in the evening and definitely not a spot for families with younger children.

The lodge is a comfortable place to stay set up for people with golf as there primary motivation. The food is simple but good and service efficient and friendly my gripe is the automatic service charge, tips should be given at the level of service you feel you have had not automatically added to the bill. Similarly be aware if... More

Best kept secret in Orlando - great for golfers and those that want to relax. Great food - relaxing bar overlooking course The holiday decorations were lovely - rooms comfortable - only downside was the shower head it is a rain shower and needs more power to get shampoo out of your hair Will return!

I recently stayed at Bay Hill for the fifth time. I rarely like to go back to the same place...preferring to explore new places. Bay Hill, however, offers a comfortable environment and world class golf that draws you back. The course is beautiful, challenging and fair. Traveling a fair amount for business I love the fact that the hotel feels... More

My husband really wanted to play here so we stayed at this hotel for two nights in June of 2014. It is a really nice hotel. It's got the old lodge vibe you would expect and the staff and rooms were great. The food at the restaurant smelled wonderful but we didn't get a chance to eat there. We would... More

I came to Bay Hill for a weekend to decompress, and this was the best place to be. For a prestigious, private club, everyone was extremely nice. There wasn't an "outsider" vibe at all. I had a golf view room that overlooked the driving range and putting green, and it's definitely where you want to be. The inside of the... More

Simply wanted a few days to clear my head, eat well, play a bit of world class golf, and sit by the pool. Check to all of that and more: top fitness center, steam room, sauna and whirlpool. The vibe is soooo chill. And I did meet Mr. Palmer briefly. What an inspirational man.
