Older facility. Some rooms need to be upgraded. But staff. Grounds food were all very good Front desk folks were very helpful friendly. Pro shop staff members also the same. As well as folks managing the golf course Would recommend. Close to many restaurants on sand lake

People were nice enough at the lodge but it badly needs updated . Old box tv that had the screen jumping up and down so not a pleasure to watch . This place would be a gem if it was not stuck in the 80's . Breakfast buffet was only meal we ate at lodge and it was very average... More

If you like the country club atmosphere, you'll love Bay Hill. The property is well maintained, peaceful, and relaxing. The clientele is generally adult travelers so you don't have kids running down the halls, etc. They offer a great dining facilities; breakfast is always my favorite. The Bay Window is a great place to unwind at the end of the... More

Towards the end of a business trip I stayed at the Arnold Palmers Bay Hill Lodge for 2 nights. The room was nice and other facilities lived up to my expectations. The managing staff however was a disappointment beyond anything I have EVER experienced in any other place or country for that sake. I was disturbed multiple times in their... More

I'm a little confused as TripAdvisor states you traveled July 2015 and the posting indicates it was written 2 weeks ago, more than 6 months after your trip. In any event, I want to be sure to be responsive as we pride ourselves in customer service in every department. Bay Hill is staffed by people who are very loyal to... More

I am not a golfer by any stretch of the imagination. I do not even pretend but there is something quite magical about this place. The staff were outstanding and the service level was excellent. The place allowed me to share in some of the memories of Mr Palmer and his storied life. It truly felt like a lodge and... More

Spent one night at Bay Hill Lodge in order to play the golf course. The lodge was older but still in good shape. The bathroom was nice and the shower had plenty of hot water. The sinks and fixtures seemed to be much, much newer than the room. As for size, it was slightly larger than a standard hotel room.... More

Bay Hill is rich in history that goes back to the 1960's. Mr. Palmer bought it and has made it his winter home since 1970. We may be around for a while, but we do try to keep up with infrastructure. For example we renovated all the 70 room Lodge just 7 years ago spending $7million dollars. We kept it... More

Going to Orlando is like going to a three ring circus with all the theme parks and theme restaurants. Finding an oasis for our hotel is truly important to get away from the craziness that usually is had with kids. Arnold Palmer is just that. Even though we aren't golfers, we love staying in hotels that are Golf focused because... More

Thanks for your comments. Bay Hill was established in Orlando long before all the attractions existed. Fact is Orlando grew up around us and Universal is ony 2 miles away and Disney is about 6 miles away. Plus the Dr Phillips and International Drive area with hundreds of smaller attractions and restaurants thrive. It's nice to hear that we provided... More

We stayed at the Arnold Palmer Resort for 9 nights from 27th December until 5th January 2016. We had a fantastic stay. The resort was very relaxed providing great service. We had an outstanding room with a balcony facing the golf course (407). The resort is ideally placed for access to both Disney and Universal (10 mins) and only a... More

Stayed for 2 nights to take advantage of the golf opportunities there. Loved the location - near casual and upscale restaurants. Lodge was comfortable a well maintained. Wish we were offered a golf course view but really were not asked what location we would want i.e.. close to elevator, first or second floor. Dining at Bay Hill is the experience... More

Family trip to Bay Hill for holidays. We rented a guest house for a week. As always, it was immaculately clean, property beautiful, well supplied. The staff was typically fabulous, management thoughtful as ever. Introduced family friends to the lodge for the same week and their reaction was, "we will never stay anywhere else in Orlando again". I don't know... More
