This place is geared to golfers - it's ideal for those wanting to play a round at Bay Hill and get away for a night. What it isn't is a place for families with young children or for those wanting to get away and be pampered at the pool. In fact, there is no pool, no sweeping grounds for long... More

You quickly realize what type of property this is when they hand you the dress code at check-in. This is a men's resort. Sure there is a spa on site, but a scan around the Cafe Friday morning revealed 20+ men and two women. The rooms are nice, the bathrooms large but don't look for the iron / board. If... More

If you like old fashioned service and are a golf junkie, this is the place for you. We enjoyed an early morning cup of tea from our room balcony that overlooked the putting green at Bay Hill. The pro shop staff, particularly JJ, were outstanding. They coped admirably when we were called off the course due to a lightning storm.... More

A friend and I stayed at Bay Hill Lodge in early April 2015. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. The room was very comfortable - nicely furnished, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job each day. The morning coffee was a great plus to help get us started, but the evening cocktails in the member's lounge was... More

My wife and I love Arnold Palmer, but his Lodge is not up to his high standards!! We spent 2 nights there after the Bay Hill Invitational Golf Tournament 2015. The Lodge is ready for a major Update! The beds were saggy, and the carpets worn out. Bathroom fixtures need replacing, as do the bedroom fixtures. We had a nice... More

Thanks for your feedback and please allow me to clarify a few things. Although Bay Hill's rich history goes back to 1960, the Lodge underwent an extensive 7 million dollar "down to the rafters - inside and out" renovation in 2006 and is updated and maintained to very high standards on an ongoing basis. Most recently the most advanced key-less... More

Great price for one night. Very clean, quiet and safe!! Not for families with small children! Dress code, which is expected at a golf resort. 20-40 min from disney (depending on traffic) Convienent to local shopping and dining!

We arrived at the property not having seen any photos beforehand. It really surpassed our imaginations! The place is well kept and stunning! From the moment we arrived, Omar, the doorman, was there to get our bags. The room was nice and comfortable and upon request they provided everything we needed. Omar even went so far as to drive around... More

Comfortable elegance. Our room exceeded our expectations. View overlooked the practice range and putting green. Range of food options from moderate to formal. Golf is expensive if you are not a member ($300 plus fore caddy) but this is the course that the PGA Tour plays in early March. It is common to see Arnold Palmer throughout the resort! Location... I am a frequent traveller and have stayed at various hotels in the past 15 years. I must say - the front desk attendants and manager are probably the most arrogant and incompetent I have ever met. The attitude is as if they are doing the customer a favor by letting them enter the property. The "guest houses" are horrendous... More

If you're 100% a dedicated golfer then this is the place for you. No frills accommodations combined with average food and small facilities. We loved the low noise levels throughout the hotel...seems very peaceful...no high volume, kids running around, or drunken 20 years old embarrassing themselves. We would return if golf was the focus of our trip.
