We got back from Disney just yesterday and I had to write a review. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at the Swan with 2 friends and our 8 y/o goddaughter, her first trip as well. We needed a 2 bedroom and I researched all over Disney. The Swan had the best prices for the most room. We had... more

Fantastic to hear that your first trip to Disney was a very enjoyable one! The suites do give you a lot more living space. Great to hear that you had such nice service at the Cabana Beach and Bar Club and I passed on your comments to the division head about Axel. Thank you for taking the time to post...

We stayed here for 4 days. Hotel was a little dated, but room was comfortable. Walking distance to Epcot centre which was good, and the boardwalk was very close and so pretty at night. Lovely restaurants at the hotel, overall a nice hotel. Disadvantage - not close to downtown, or shops. Took about 30mins by cab. Stay here if your... more

Thank you very much for review of our properties. I am very pleased to see that you found your room comfortable, restaurants lovely and found it easy to get to Epcot. Night time at the Boardwalk area is indeed special, with the lights reflected on Crescent Lake a favorite aspect. Thank you again for your review and we hope that...

The Good: Easy to get to Epcot by foot or boat Convenient Parking On Disney Property The Bad: The hallways are reminiscent of an old, musty Howard Johnsons The front desk staff was nowhere near as helpful as they are at other Category 4 Starwood's, and an embarrassement to Westin staff. 2 of the 4 rooms they originally gave us reeked... more

Thank you for taking the time to express your feelings and comments concerning the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. It is good to see that you enjoyed our location and ease to/from the parks, but certainly in other regards we did not meet your expectations and I apologize. We are a 100% non-smoking facility as the entire brand now...

We just stayed at the Disney World Swan Hotel at the beginning of March. My husband, kids and I really enjoyed it. My two year old can’t stop talking about it. We booked the Swan just because of other recommendations on Tripadvisor and we were very pleased. We booked the junior alcove suite, which are located on the ends of... more

Thank you very much for your nice review and suggestions for the Walt Disney World Swan. The scent in the lobby is called "White Tea" and can be found in other Westins as well. We appreciate your feedback very much.

This was not our first stay at The Swan. While the hotel is in a great location, clean and comfortable, the housekeeping could use some help. Our first morning at 6:30 we discovered that there were no toiletries in the room -- using soap instead of shampoo is nasty. Later that day, when called, the staff was apologetic and sent... more

Thank you very much for both your review and your patronage over the years. I apologize for all of the difficulties that you encountered with Housekeeping during your most recent stay at the Walt Disney World Swan. I have passed on your comments to the division head to look into root causes and address. We appreciate your time and comments.

I had to stay at the Dolphin for a conference, and since it was close to Disney World, I decided to take the family along. Well... The good things first: the hotel and the rooms were clean, the food in the hotel was very good (although expensive), the staff was friendly (for the most part), we had a room with... more

Our recent holiday in Disney Wold Florida was absolutley amazing! The Swan and Dolphin is a spectacular hotel - you can see it from almost anywhere! We stayed in the Dolphin and the room was spacious clean and the beds were extremley comfortable. Every night we could watch the Epcot fireworks from our balcony. There is a white sandy beach... more

I hadn't been to Disney World since the 70's with my parents...Epcot wasn't even open then. Our daughter was turning 8 on July 29 so we decided this was the year to make the trip to Florida to spend her birthday with the Princesses. Disney delux hotels were out of the question for us financially and due to arthritis I... more

My family found the Swan and Dolphin Hotel (we stayed in the Swan) to be a great location for "doing" Disney. The room was small but clean, and the beds very comfortable. We didn't use the pool because it was cold outside, but it looked very nice. I think the hotel should be more upfront about the resort fee and... more
