I booked this stay from our room at the Yacht Club only a few hours before we checked-in. The Yacht Club did not meet our standards at all, so we left the first morning. The Swan had a nice room available for us immediately (hours before check-in) and it was exactly what I was expecting. The room wasn't splendid, but... more

We stayed here for two nights in between stays at Disney Villas. The location is convenient to the parks and transportation. We got a great price online, and we were very pleased with our rooms. (We had three.) We have stayed here before, and we will again! The beds are extremely comfortable! The pool is great! more

We stayed at the Swan from July 3 to July 5, 2009. This was our second stay here and we will defiantly be back! We are starwood members and like earning points. The extra charges are that they charge for parking and valet. There is also a $10 per day charge for the resort (even if you don’t plan on... more

The Swan was the perfect hotel for our trip to Disney. The hotel itself was fine and the location is obviously great! I would have been somewhat disappointed if I had paid a high price but for the great rate I got, I am impressed. The room was spacious enough for my family of four and very clean. We loved... more

The Swan looks tacky in photos, but the hotel was lovely. The rooms have been remodeled and were spacious and clean. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the swimming pools were fabulous, especially the grotto pool with its waterfall and circular slide. The Swan's location cannot be beat. It offers easy access to all of the parks, via bus, boat... more

My family of four spent six nights in Orlando. Four nights we stayed at the Swan Hotel and two nights at the Trip Advisor's #1 ranked hotel in Orlando, the Lake Buena Vista Radisson. Our stay at the Swan was magnificent. Our stay at the Radisson was very good too, but we would highly recommend anyone to stay inside the... more

Overall I was disappointed with the Swan. I was there for 7 nights attending a company conference. Rooms: Very generic. Cheap textiles and no frills appointments. The rooms felt like they could have been a basic Marriott in an industrial park in 'any town USA'. Overall it felt cheap and tired. One morning I placed the card on my bed... more

Warning to SPG Gold/Platinum: The Swan/Dolphin website brags of 190+ suites, rooms with views of Epcot, Hollywood Studios, rooms with balconies, etc. As a SPG Gold member we were placed on a low floor (3rd floor), with no view / no balcony. They do not carry the Westin White Tea products. When we called room service to order a pizza... more

I spent two nights at this hotel and appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the well-appointed room. However, there are several minuses which should be noted. There is only water taxi service to Epcot, although the bus does service the other Disney areas. This was not clear in the written description of services. There is a ten dollar "resort... more
