Second stay at the campground and again no complaints! Sites are nice. Restrooms are always clean. Laundry facilities are good. The Disney transportation is readily available and always some activities for kids. Love the holidays as most decorate the rv or campsites.

“Glamour camping”, according to my wife who grew up in the concrete jungle and wouldn’t step foot in a tent! Our family of 4 (kids 2 and 5) stayed here with 11 other families of 4 after the school year as a graduation party for the kids –there were 48 of us. We have gone on many trips with other... More

It was our first time camping. So we bought a tent and rented the Premier Campground right across from the comfort station. The comfort stations offer showers, bathrooms, and laundry. The facilities were all clean and the shower stalls are private. Our campsite was located between RV's but it was really quiet and private. We loved camping at the Fort.... More

We used to love renting a cabin at Fort Wilderness!! Our last trip was very disappointing, and it really wasn't Disney's fault...here's my issue: Campsites range from $50 - $75 per night. Cabins range from $200 - $300 per night. If I am paying $300 a night, I do not want to share amenities with people paying $50 a night... More

When going to Disney, I usually stay in the property, and because of my kids food allergies, I try to stay in resorts that offer full kitchens so I can make their meals. This was our first time in the cabins and overall it was a good experience. I will try to make a summary of it below: PROS: -... More

We have stayed at Fort Wilderness many times since we enjoy using our motorhome. It is always clean, and it offers so much to do just within the resort area itself. Our favorite thing to do at Fort Wilderness is fish, and we have caught some huge catfish and bass along with lots of brim. FW also offers horseback riding,... More

The cabins are a great option for our family of four, with 2 young children. The kitchen is great to have, and the bedroom and living room separate are great because we can put the kids to bed at a reasonable hour, then still have somewhere to hang out without having to be silent in the dark so the kids... We stayed in site number 225 for a long weekend in October. It was a beautiful site, spacious and very near the trading post. The bath houses and grounds were impeccable. The staff was what you expected from Disney-friendly and always with a smile on their face. I do wish the buses ran more frequently, because it was the most... More
