We stayed there for 4 nights over the Memorial Day weekend. We have no complaints. The staff was friendly and courteous and the room was clean and comfortable - a BIG plus in my book. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, American Way from 4/13-4/17/2009. The hotel was spotless, room was very big, we were given a handicapped room, not sure why. Pool area and Tiki Bar were great. Had a great vacation. Didn't take the shuttle, wasn't too clear on the times that it ran, but we took taxis to City Walk everyday. more

Had stayed here several years ago and felt that the hotel was a bit rundown since then. Everything was fine, no complaints, just felt the place was getting a bit dowdy. There was a problem with the blow dryer in the room which was replaced right away. The room was quiet, and the bed was comfy. more
