Just got back from this hotel stayed from 7/6-7/11. This place was nice. I read up on the hotel before I booked so I was not expecting the Plaza Hotel. Rooms were spacious enough room for the 8 people I planned for and the extra person who bunked with us last minute. I booked a 3 bed/ 3 bath. It... more

Chose as an off-site to visit Disney/surrounding area. Did not have to wait to check in. Trainee was at front desk but was quickly helped by supervisor on duty. Supervisor helped me choose room based on my family's needs. 3 bd/2ba condo, clean and roomy for under $150/nt. Basic amenities were missing in 2nd bath, probably an oversight and did... more

My husband, 3 sons stayed at this resort from June 25-July 1. It was pretty easy to get to since I had been shopping at the Outlets next door just a few months before, otherwise the 2 diffrent address thing was a pain in the butt. Check in was very easy, we were in building 2 6th floor, I espcially... more

AMAZING PORPERTY!!! I am a band director at a high school and planned a trip with 70 of my students. For our annual band trip, I generally book hotels that are in the "upper echelon" (nothing less than an upscale Marriott is my golden rule). Our tour/travel company (GTC Travel...AMAZING FOLKS BTW, Marie Sperling contact) suggested staying in Condos. When... more

I had to change because our dates for leave changed 3 times. Understandable? Yes. Ok I got my leave dates finalized and changed the reserv. by one day and... more

I won 4 nights at this place and to be honest this would be the only time i'd ever stay here. 1. 30+ minutes wait to check in, only 2 people in line and two counter staff, one a trainee and the other his supervisor, who was not helping him, he kept telling the lady in front of us that... more

The suite was magnificent. It was nicely decorated and extremely spacious in the bedrooms. We were in a 3 bdrm/3 bath. The layout was great with the jucuzzi tubs being right beside the beds, just like a honeymoon suite. The mattresses were extremely soft and plenty of closet space. Only downside, you have to get the housekeeping (extra $$) in... more
