The staff here (well, one Russian guy in particular) was extremely nice and always offering to help out with anything, from transportation times, breakfast schedule, room service, taxis, etc. The wireless internet in the room was very fast and reliable. We stayed 3 nights to visit the theme parks and Halloween Horror Nights. The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant, and the trek to the park was refreshingly not overwhelming. It was about a 15 minute walk to the gates at Universal, so that was pretty nice compared to having to pay $12 for parking at the theme park.... more
