Breakfast poor, maintenance - toilet seat loose, water faucets backwards in sink and loose, halls dirty, room had same dirt and spots in bathroom upon departure as on arrival. Let me say hotel is very average but nice enough for the price. It is a 1 mile walk to the gates of Universal, not bad in the morning but hot in the afternoon. Did catch the free shuttle at the hotel next door the last morning we were there and it only runs at 8:45am and 7:30pm. The front... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights - very close to Universal Studios and guests can walk over to the park - I have two small children and so it's not a close walk - at least 1 mile away. The Front Desk clerk was friendly and the room was clean. It had a microwave which was very helpful.
