The rooms are beautiful, fantastic materials. I love the enclosed balcony! One of the most relaxing locations I have ever been too. Lots of pools around to get to your preference; the one next to my building was hardly used and was this quiet oasis, almost felt as if it was our private pool. I am an owner of the... more

We stayed here for the final week of a 4-week holiday in Florida, after spending the first 3 weeks at Orange Lake Country Club. The resort is quite small and on the same site as a couple of other Marriott resorts, on DIsney's doorstep and within easy driving distance of pretty much every Orlando attraction. We've stayed at Marriott resorts... more

This was a great hotel. It is a small complex but the rooms are huge. We were 6 adults and we had plenty of room. The rooms have recently undergone a remodel and all look lovely. At the time of our stay the Marriott was relandscaping the entire complex. It was beginning to look exotic. My kids enjoyed the tennis... more

After reading the reviews on here about this resort, I was alittle worried about staying here, but after seeing the last review was written in 2005 I new the Marriott would have made improvements since then...And they sure have!!!! The resort was fabulous, the buildings were in great positions and condition, the exterior was lovely and everything was close to... more

Being that the Imperial Palm is one of the original vacation clubs within Marriott it's easy to see that the place needs some TLC and upgrades. Overall it's not as bad as people have described on previous posts. I'm an owner of 2 Marriott timeshares (Aruba and Palm Desert) and stayed at Imperial Palm because of the 3BR's. Pro's: I... more

My family stayed at the Imperial Palms the first week of May. We did a timeshare exchange to Imperial Palms because of the size of the villa (4 adults, two toddlers). Positives: - Location, Location, Location. I4 was easily accessible and DisneyWorld parks were less than a 10 minute drive (Downtown Disney < 5 min). - The Imperial/Royal Palm pools... more

I planned a stay at this Marriott based on the good reviews I read on this site, so I wanted to be sure to post a review of what I saw. Yes, the staff is friendly. But other than the front desk, and the concierge, you wont find anyone else walking the grounds (except cleaning staff). On our trip, the... more

I have stayed at many villa properties in Orlando and the Marriott's usually rank high, in fact I've stayed at the other property on the same grounds as Imperial Palms (Royal Palms) and think both are ok properties but I'd go back to Grande Vista or Cypress Harbour again before Imperial Palms. I chose this (as a timeshare exchange) because... more

We stayed at Marriott's Imperial Palms the week of Sept. 10th, 2005. We checked in early with no problem. Of course within an hour of getting into our unit we got the timeshare presentation call. They gave us $100 in Disney dollars for each couple that attended. The presentation was suppose to be 90 minutes; it was nearly 3 hours!!... more

The reviewer must have missed the Imperial Palms's pool which is at the end of the building that is closest to the hotel. To reach this pool you do not have to cross any parking lots. It is usually very quiet there also. Guests at the Imperial Palms have access to 6 pools at the resort: 1 @ Imperial Palms,...
