My husband and I and my parents stayed in a 2 bed villa (which was more of a studio with a connecting door into a one bed appt) for a week this September. Good points *Location- fantastic. It was great to be able to walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Buses were really regular to the other parks. The Boardwalk... more

We love the Boardwalk Villas. It is right in the middle of a lot of our favorite Disney things. You can walk to Epcot and the studios or take a boat to both. The Boardwalk has entertainment most nights. There are also several great restaurants. The theme is fun yet elegant throughout the resort. There is a main pool which... more

First of all, Disney is hurting bigtime due to the financial mess everyone is in--and it shows. THe resort was mostly empty--but they insist on telling you that they are full to capacity. Any request is denied because they are fully booked, supposedly. Anyway, we have stayed at the resort over the years and this time will be our last.... more

We are DVC members and stay here all the time. We love the location, usually get the room area that we request. The TV's are the big downside. They are small and old. We are going again in Nov and my husband is already talking about watching his football on such a small TV. We always get a studio which... more

We really enjoyed staying at the Boardwalk Villas. We stayed in a one bedroom with two kids (4 and 6) so it was wonderful to have the space and the kitchen. Our location was right near a secondary pool and the activity center. We loved the activity center and made use of it everyday of our trip. The kids played... more

My wife and I are Disney regulars, and have stayed at most of the resorts. We were extremely excited when DVC went with RCI for exchanges. We had a couple of glitches with the exchange, but worked it out with a DVC service rep. The nicest part of the Boardwalk Villas is the location. It was nice to be able... more

Stayed at the Boardwalk for weekend to visit family for special occasion. Being a DVC member, Boardwalk is always our first choice. Location, Location, Location. Other family was staying at the Swan and we could easily meet up. Room was great, although there was construction going on right outside our window. Teens love this place - if you are not... more

I found my experience at this highly rated Timeshare dissapointing. DVC locations are in very high demand for timeshare exchange so i grabbed this up when i came my way and i was going orlando. My experience was a dissapointment and my advice is to stay away from all the hype about DVC locations. The ONLY thing this timeshare has... more

This was our third stay at the boardwalk villas, and once again a satisfying experience overall. If you want to be close to Epcot and Hollywood studios, this is a great location - walking distance to both parks, unless you prefer a short boat ride. When you are not in the parks, there is the boardwalk with shops, restaurants, bars,... more
