Great theme, as usual with DVC Villas, and outstanding location. Fun is just outside the door, with a real boardwalk with games, restaurants, bike rentals, boat rides, etc, and you can see some of the Epcot light/fireworks show from there. Pool and pool bar are nice, and the slide is a good one, my kids say, but the pool next... More

Although today is the first day of my stay, I must say that of all the times that I have stayed at this resort, it has been excellent. Even though I slept on the pullout couch, it was still very comfortable! The kitchen in our studio was a huge convenience for the nights that we didn't want to eat out,... More

Spent Easter break at this villa. The BoardWalk Villas is a very large resort that is located within walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood studios. We are DVC owners but do not own here. We own at Disney's Beach Club and spent a week there 3 years ago. The rooms there are aged and scheduled for refurbishment like the BoardWalk.... More

The best thing about the Boardwalk and the other hotels in the complex is you can walk right into EPCOT, it's like a VIP entrance for hotel guests. The proximity of this hotel really is its best feature. Room selection is an important part of guest experience because the rooms not facing the Boardwalk frankly are not particularly desirable. This... More

The Disney Boardwalk resort is located on Crystal Lake between EPCOT and Hollywood Studios in Orlando, Florida. The resort is comprised of the Villas (Disney Vacation Club) and the Inn (public). Great rooms, pool, tennis courts, exercise facilities, lounge, shopping and nightly entertainment on the Boardwalk. Want more? ESPN Club, Big River Grille & Brewing Works, Flying Fish Cafe, Trattoria... More

Great villas. One of the top resorts at Disney! The boardwalk in incredible and so much fun. We loved the ice cream shop, bikes, arcade and just walking and taking in all the beauty that Disney has to offer. There are restaurants and games too. The hotel is in a great location and is beautifully designed. The staff treats you... More

Stayed in a rented studio villa for four nights. This was a splurge for us, but I'd always wanted to stay here. Beautiful location and themed property, with easy walking access to Epcot and boats to the Hollywood Studios. (Walking to the Studios was possible, too, but my feet were already worn out!) The proximity to Epcot was a highlight... More

We just spent five great nights at the Disney Boardwalk Villas and would highly recommend that facility. We read a lot of reviews before choosing the Boardwalk and agree with most of the positive ones and disagree with some of the negative ones. One complaint was the distance from many of the rooms to the elevators. So, take the stairway... More

excellent: location, location, location - fun being on the Epcot resort "boardwalk area. very clean bathroom. very clean resort. felt very fresh. average: we used DVC points to book a one bedroom that supposedly sleeps 5? 5? unless the 5th is a baby in a crib, not sure where they would go. the bathroom area is "split" by a door:... We have had points at Boardwalk for some time, but this was our first stay there. Although we are a couple and could get by with a studio villa, we chose a one-bedroom for its more spacious feeling, more completely equipped kitchen, and whirlpool bath for our week-long visit during the Epcot Flower and Garden Show. Faced with higher point... More
