The grounds were immaculate and the pools & lazy river were tucked away in an incredibly well maintained oasis. What a great property! We loved it, the pool area is great, clean and with the lazy river going through all the pools it keeps the water flowing. We just spent 5 days at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes and it was amazing! We had lots of kids activities, an amazing pool, gorgeous gym and beautiful grounds. I stayed at the J.W. Marriott (Grande Lakes) for a quick business meeting. While I didn't have a lot of time outside of my business meetings to explore, I thought the property was very nice and well maintained. The front desk clerk was really wonderful, and upgraded my room to one with a balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard area.... more

Someone in charge knows how to inspire their staff, because everyone, from the room maid, to the busboys; front desk staff to the concierge, treated us like VIPs, which we are not. This was our second trip to the JW. It's clean, the staff bends over backwards to help you and is friendly and sincere while they do it. The lazy river pool is great for kids and adults. Spa services are easily accessible at the hotel next door. Lovely. more
