Stayed for one week at a 3 bedroom unit. The unit was beautiful, clean, well stocked. 15th time in Orlando and this was one of the best properties yet. Renovations were just finished, everything immaculate and new. Very good location for getting to the parks. Traffic outside resort was an occasional problem, parking on resort was sometimes hard to find... More

Stayed at Cypress Pointe for 7 nights starting March 9 We booked a 2 bedroom suite from Hotel kingdom for a rate of $75/night - this was not the grand villas, but phase 1 After reading some other reviews, I was concerned about the room quality, but they have almost competely finished renovating Phase 1 and according to the desk... Our family of 10 (5 adults/5 kids) stayed in a 3br unit at the Grand Villas. The unit was spacious, clean and well suited our needs. The decor and amenities are average, but for the money we spent.. it is by far the best value going. Our check in was expedient and we found the staff to be pleasant. Don't... More

We got a 3 bedroom suite for 7 people at the beginning of Feb 05. Found this large resort wonderful. We had some check in problems and had to sit through a time share sales pitch (for which they gave us $50 worth of disney gift certificates and backed off in a friendly way when it was clear we were... We stayed at Cypress Pointe for two weeks, beginning January 28th. We had a 3 bedroom unit, which is a great deal if you book through HotelKingdom. We reserved in July, and it was about $84 a night plus taxes. The units had recently been renovated, and are very warmly decorated and spacious. It was so nice to return to... More

Visited 12/23 - 12/30/2004. Stayed at the Grand Villas. We go to Orlando every Christmas and stayed here last year this time too. We rent a 2-bedroom. Last year I highly recommended it but this year I can say it was nice, but nothing special. Some furnishings were brand new and others could have been replaced. Things have been used... More

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa in Cypress Point Grand Villa for a week from 31 December. We found the villa to be very clean, spacious and fully furnished. It was close to the theme parks and shopping. The pools and jacuzzi were always clean. The staff were also very helpful. I would definately stay here again. The only... More

We had a two bedroom in Phase two and it ws great. Biggest complaint, the water in basin in master bath took too long to run hot and I don't think that's a big complaint. Close to all attractions, near supermarket, Winn-Dixie and just off I-4. Big scren TV was nice as was the King size bed and the whirlpoolbath.

Our family of 6 (4 kids/2 s) just returned from a week at CPR. We had a 3BR suite and all fit comfortably. While most of the negative reviews seem to mention the "no-door" bathrooms, I should add that the bedroom doors leading to the bathrooms CAN be locked, but it is bothersome. Our major concern was while flipping through... More
