We stayed at the Cypress Pointe Phase I. It was great. The location cannot be beat unless you are staying on Disney itself. The pools are great. Our kids loved the volcano pool. The staff was very helpful. We will be back!

We checked in a good 3 hours before the scheduled check in time and the staff was extremely good about it. They told us "no problem" and promptly gave us our room keys. We had a 3 bedroom unit in the Grand Villa section. These are actually a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit conected by an interior door to a 1... More

My family and I spent 5 wonderful days at the Cypress Point Grand Villas. It was more than we expected. I have very high standards and this met each one. From the outside it looks average, but the rooms are amazing. Very spacious, clean, and everything I could possibly need was there. It was a nice touch that the full... More

Just came back from having stayed at the Grand Villas from July 3-8, 2005. The accomodations were awesome. We have already decided that our trip next year will be back here. The resort is located no more than 1 mile from Downtown Disney. In fact, I think that we were closer to the Magic Kingdom than a couple of the... More

I just got back form a 3 night 4 day stay at the Grand Villas (Phase2). Let me begin by saying the villas are huge. Large Galley Style kitchen, big closets, big pantry, hge bigscreen tv (and it had AVI so i could plug in a PS2). We stayed in a 2 bedroom with a group of 5 people all... More

Hola folks, It's been more than a year since my family and I stayed at the Cypress Pointe Resort. Let's just say it will not be the last. This resort is heaven on earth! My family and I visited Florida from April 7-17 in 2004. We went to Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Clearwater Beach and Busch Gardens. All... More

My husband and 2 children 9 and 12 just came back from 4 nights at Cypress Pointe and 6 nights at the Grandvillas. We had a great stay and I am glad I did not put too much into the negative comments, apparently some people can't be pleased. Yes the bathroom in Phase 1 did not have a door but... More

We just returned from a 5 night stay, in a 2 bedroom condo in Phase I. The room was amazing. Everything had been renovated...the appliances/electronics were brand new, the carpet/drapes/bedding were also new. Cypress Pointe has everything you can need for a vacation. They supply every gadget in the kitchen, lots of towels and dishes for 8. Bring your hairdryer... More

We visited mid-April for a nine days stay: my son, my 9 yr. old grand-daughter and I (grammy in her 60's) arrived a few hours before check-in. Staff were reserved but courteous, offered us a choice of which floor, and we were in our 5th floor 2 BR at Turtle Cay within 20 minutes. The entrance into Turtle Cay was... More

This March 2005 we stayed in Phase I--the older section. (Last year we had stayed in Phase II--the Grandvillas). Both stays were very pleasant experiences! While the 3 bedroom/3 bath accommodations in the Grandvillas are a bit more spacious than Phase I...and the landscaping around the Grandvillas is a bit more elegant... Phase I offered newly refurbished apartments that were... More
