Our "Family Vacation" had all the color and screw ups of the original movie. The resort was fantastic and the people were wonderful....all the way to the timeshare resort presentation. Yes, it took 3 1/2 hours, but that was our fault. We stayed on the verge of buying that long and I was actually ready to do it (wallet out... More

OK where shall I begin. Conveniently located within short distance from all attractions yet quietly tucked away amound splendid landscape. Very quiet retreat after a long day at the park. My one regret was not being able to get a 2 bedroom, despite having made my reservation 5 months in advance. It was the week of Christmas. The 1 bedroom... More

We upgraded from a 1 bedroom in Va. to a 2 bedroom at the Grandvillas several years ago. This was our first trip as owners. What a beautiful place. We not only had our 2 bedroom unit, but also a 3 bedroom unit as we had family with us. Lots of room, and we had 4 grandchildren. Loved the heated... More

This was a nice property. My feelings about it are colored by the fact that my husband had gotten it as an upgrade to a "bargain" travel package and for what we paid we could have gotten a two-bedroom unit as opposed to the one-bedroom we wound up with. The one bedroom would have been perfect for two people but... More

We stayed at The Cypress Pointe after reading numerous reviews. To say the least,a little disappointing. We were given a one bedroom condo in phase two,and the walls were merely pre cast concrete fastened together. Our bedroom was next to the staircase and because of this we could hear everyone tramping upstairs at all hours. There was no soundproofing on any of the floors,so... We stayed at the Grand Villa and our 2 bedroom unit was quite clean and efficient. Although the satellite TV reception in the family room was not good, it hardly mattered as we spent most of our time at the parks and we had a fully functional TV in the bedroom. We utilized washer and dryer to the fullest extent... More

Stayed at the Cypress Pointe Grandvillas. This is the first time we've ever stayed in a condo style lodging resort. We usually rent a motel room. What a difference it is to have a 1,400 sq ft 2 bdrm 2 ba with full kitchen, L.R. & washer & dryer unit! It was soooooo nice! The unit was clean and the... More

I've been to Cypress Pointe the regular side once and was pleased and also to the Cypress Pointe Grandvilla side Feb 2004 and was very pleased during that stay so I have some reference to compare to. This time around I booked with Hotel Kingdom for a 3 bedroom unit at 140ish per night and a 1 bed for 70... More

The staff was good, had a single room in Phase 2 for our honeymoon. A few complaints, at night there was a stink in the air. It smelled like the septic tank, I think it was because the pool water was settled, no one was in there. Also, the onsite store, we bought some water and aspirin our first night... More

My husband, mother, and two children, stayed at the Grand Villas October 21st through November 3rd 2005. We had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with a third bedroom lockout. We booked this hotel through Hotelkingdom after reading several other reviews. The price was excellent, given all of the amenities provided. The rooms were spacious and clean. We appreciated the screened-in balcony... More
