My family and I have just returned home from a wonderful week at Cypress Point II. We are timeshare owners with Sunterra and chose to stay this year at Cypress Point because last year was great as well. Last year we chose Cypress Point because there were simply no other units available by the time we were able to book... More

Having read some mixed reviews on this property I was a little apprehensive about travelling. I write to reassure others that our 2 weeks at Cypress Point were fab (2 adults and 2 kids (15 &9). On arrival check in was very fast and efficient. We had a 2 bed condo in phase II on the 2nd floor. The apartment... More

We recently stayed at the Cypress Pointe Grand Villas, Phase II and loved absolutely everything about it. I read alot of mixed reviews on here before going so I wasn't quite sure what to expect; made sure our expectations weren't set high - but our experience more than exceeded what little expectations we did have and so I feel I... I recently returned from a one week stay in a two bedroom unit of the Grandevillas (Phase Two) section. Although overall I was pleased with Cypress Pointe and would recommend it to other travelers who can get a bargain rate through a website like hotelkingdom.com, I was a bit disappointed in our actual unit (D25A). The carpet was in need... More

My parents did an RCI condo exchange to get a three bedroom unit here, and it was terrific for our group of eight (three different families). We loved having two master bedrooms, three bathrooms, two hyda beds. The lockout had a sitting area with it's own mini kitchen and hyda bed that included a full sized refergerator, sink, small stove,... More

We stayed here in 1997 and got married in the grounds - so in June we returned for our 10th anniversary. We have stayed at other timeshares in Orlando including Westgate, Vistana and Orange Lake and Cypress Point is at least as good as any of the other, more famous, complexes. The location - couple of miles from Disney's back... More

We stayed at the Phase 1 right across from the volcano pool, which was beautiful when lit up at night We had a 3 bedroom, it was spacious and beautiful, the 2 master bathrooms had no door to the bathrooms so you always had to make sure to shut your bedroom door. One bedroom which was like a suite had... More

We stayed at the Cypress Pointe Grande Villas (Phase II) May 9 - 21, 2007 and thoroughly enjoyed it. We found the staff very friendly and courteous. We were asked at check in if at all interested in the time share seminar and declined. We were never bothered again regarding this for the remainder of our stay. The property is... More

We were only there for the weekend, but wish it could have been for longer! We had a 2 BR close to pool, which my grandson loved. They have 3 pools, so no crowding ever. Unit was very clean, but had a couple of small things go wrong, like a light out, and the dryer stopped working. Called housekeeping and... More

We actually stayed in Phase 1 aka Cypress Pointe Resort aka Sunterra's Cypress Pointe Resort. We bought our stay in England at £43 per night for the 2 bedroom apartment. (=$86). We have only one complaint - no door to the bathroom from the main bedroom. All the facilities were excellent; it was clean and everything was provided. There was... More
