The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge are one of the best Disney Vacation Club properties at Walt Disney World. First off, the atmosphere, it feels like you are at Yellowstone and there is not a Castle just a small boat ride away. The geyser that spouts every hour, hot springs, mountains building up the pool, and large trees makes it... More

My husband and I took our daughters to disney this november and stayed in the villas at the Wilderness Lodge. The Villas are beautiful and nicely furnished. They had everything we need for our trip. The kichenette was great especially for the mornings. We were able to keep milk and juice in the fridge. It was also nice to wake... More

Stayed here for eight days in November 2011 in one bedroom villa with my husband and three children. Had a great room, loved the peaceful setting, plenty of space for all of us. The resort is wonderful, one of my favorite here at Disney, great location to Magic Kingdom, able to ride boat or take bus easily. Only complaint is... More

We stayed here using our DVC points in October 2011 so we could enjoy the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. Check in was seamless and our room was ready early. The lobby is beautiful and filled with similar amenities to the other DVC Villas: a few restaurants, a bar, a gift shop, and arcade. Our room was very similar to... More

We stayed in the Wilderness Lodge Villas. They are like furnished condos with everything you'll need for your stay. The rooms are comfortable but a bit dark (maybe more lighting or better bulbs?) The thermostats weren't the best. The hall was constantly cool but our a/c didn't compare and couldn't keep up. The fold out couch was very comfy for... More

We have been staying at the Wilderness Lodge since it first opened in 1996 I believe. We come in early December each year and have spent the last 4 visits in the villas. We highly recommend the main lodge and the villas but it is curious that you are not given a complimentary newspaper if you are in the villas... More

We love this resort... spacious rooms, wonderful decor. Always clean and the restaurants inside offer plenty of choices for whatever you need. I especially like (and prefer) the rooms with kitchens in the villa area, as we make a quick drive to Walmart or publix and can save alot by taking a small break and having our meals in the... More

We enjoyed a week at the villas at wilderness lodge as part of our Disney vacation club membership in mid October .we did the on line check in which is great desk to room 5 mins. It is a beautiful laid resort with a serene feeling about it. We were a party of 2 adults and it is not always... More

We stayed here the second week of October. It is such a serene, quiet hotel. Beautiful to look at. The boat to the MK seemed to always be at the dock or just getting there. It was a great way to travel without all the chaos and hassle of the busses. One word on the bus transportation from here, every... More

Arrival in the lobby of this wonderful hotel and you are in awe of it. It is absolutely fantastic and truly characteristic of a wilderness lodge. Check-in for the villas was extremely efficient as we had used the online check-in facility so just had to pick up our pack and room key. The villas are in a separate lodge to... More
