Clean decent hotel, not many reasonable hotels in eastern side of Orlando area. Much better than Radisson which is about half block away. Free Internet access, plenty of free parking. Nutragena bathroom supplies. Pretty much basic Hilton Garden inn quality which is good, if you have stay at Hilton Garden Inn before. Bed is sub-marginal with soft-hardness control is broken.... more

When I arrived to checkin there was no staff at the front desk and the lobby appeared deserted. After waiting several minutes at the desk a young woman finally walked in from outside chatting on her personal cell phone, this was apparently the front desk person, she finally ended her personal conversation in front of me and checked me in,... more

I notice that several reviews are actually for a different hotel. This UCF area hotel is on the east side of Orlando, and the theme parks are about a 45 minutes away using the toll roads. There is large shopping mall less than a mile south straight down Alafaya. We stayed here last month and it was fine - nothing... more

My room was on the back of the Hotel. For 4 hours (8pm-midnight) I was subjected to loud booming music from the Apartment complex located behind the hotel....the music actually shook my room. The police were called 3 times. After several of my request to resolve the situation were denied...I requested to move my room or let me check out... more

We have just returned from this hotel, our dates of stay were 12/28-Jan 1. The hotel apperance was nice. However this was not really for kids. There were only 3 other kids for just a day, then it was just ours. This hotel would best suit the older crowd, as it is off the beaten path of mainstream Orlando (ie... more

My family of 4 stayed there from Feb 2 2007 to Feb 5 2007. Along with about 20 of our relatives. We were in town for a 60th birthday party. The hotel was suggested to us by relatives hosting the party. After I had made reservations they booked a series of rooms for a room rate of $89. When I... more

We were three attending a conference and had three rooms. Everything was nice and clean, rooms are spacious. Breakfast was very good although a little pricey. Service friendly and value for money good. Recommended for the business traveler more

I expected more of this hotel what with paying a little under $900 canadian for seven nights through expedia. While the room was clean and well decorated we had requested a quiet room. This was probably the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. Just outside our room was some sort of venting that sounded like a vacuum cleaner running... more

Having looked at many hotels in Florida, I settled for the Hilton Garden Inn. Once we arrived in Florida, we picked up our hire car and headed for the hotel. What a nightmare!!!!! With 2 children aged 3 and 5 I would recommend a transfer or pick up your hire car in the morning. After a tiring 2 hour drive... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios. We only came down for 1 night and everything in the park was completely booked solid over 1 month in advance. So I looked around and got a great deal on a room $100 including tax. I'm sure we payed a little more than normal... more
