Ok hotel except for cockroaches. Alerted hotel staff and requested someone spray our two-room suite. No one came. Two days later, an even larger cockroach appeared. The fire alarm kept going off while we were there. Did anyone come to our room to tell us it was a false alarm? No. We have stayed here in the past, but will no longer. The staff had no idea what was going on. No one seemed to know anything, nor were they interested in helping. Manager was cranky... more

My son lives in the UCF area and we have stayed in this hotel many times. Very conveniently located near many restaurants and the Westwood shopping area is a short drive away. Rooms are large and comfortable and always very clean. The beds are very comfortable. more
