We recently stayed at this La Quinta and went to Universal Studios on a whim. Surprised to find a nice hotel, very modern in appearance with well appointed and carpeted hallways, elevator, 3 stories and inside entrances. Breakfast, although just waffles, coffee, cereal, fruit and juice is included with your stay from 6-10... Great attentive staff. (We arrive several hours... more

I stayed here after staying at a very nice La Quinta near UCF. This one shows sign of wear and the room had a very funky unpleasant smell. The TV's are old and not worth a return trip. Needs a major make-over. Oh, I had to change my room because the hotel allows pet and I was initially placed in... more

I chose the LaQuinta because they offer 2 queens instead of 2 doubles. Pets are allowed, although we didn't bring ours this trip. I never saw or heard any pets. The room was standard, but clean. We were just across the street from Universal Studios. You could walk it, but we thought walking around the park all day would be... more

If you care about cleanliness do not stay here. I am not exaggerating either. When we checked in we found the hotel smelled musty, old but we expect that as it is pretty cheap and well Florida is humid. However when we arrived at our room and turned down the blanket to get into bed well their was a huge... more

Everything seemed pretty clean. The staff was great, at breakfast one of the girls even offered to do the waffles for us, and was really nice asking if we needed anything else. We ordered pizza that night to our room from dominos and they delivered really fast, about 15 minutes. Check-in and check-out was normal, no problems and we received... more

We paid $43 night for this hotel during a great sale on Expedia.com which was a bargain compared to what the standard rate is of $79+. The hotel overall was OK. I would stay there again but would not pay much more that what we paid this time. The women who assisted us at the hotel front desk were great.... more

Me and my husbund stayed at La Quinta Inn in July 2007 for our honeymoon. We rented a car and parking is convenient. There is quite a bit of parking spaces. We came home late most nights and parking is easy. It is also not a far drive from Disney. It took us about 20/25 minutes. Not a far drive... more

We have stayed at a couple La Qunitas now and this one was the best so far. This hotel had a friendly staff and was clean. The hotel itself is very simple but did have a nice pool for the swimmers. Although the hotel is in a fairly busy area it is set in a way that you do not... more

Room was large and clean.Bath room was big. Room was clean, good selection on tv and free wifi in room. Draw back free breakfast was a joke. All 3 morning there was on oj or apple juice, and just powered doughnuts. There's a CrackerBarrel near by also Wendys,Burgerking. Universal Studio is about 1 mile away. more

We stayed here 1 night, Nov. 30, 2007. The rooms are outdated, stink, uncomfortable bed (we could feel the springs), luke warm shower with hardly any water pressure. There were 2 good things about this hotel. The manager at the front desk kindly gave us a different room that did not smell quite so bad & the complimentary breakfast was... more
