We stayed on the 3rd floor and got a room not overlooking the pool. The kitchen area was in tough shape with peeling cupboards and poorly supplied. We found the Hawthorn Suites nice for our week long stay. We were in Orlando for a family Disney vacation. We loved having a living room/ kitchen along with a bedroom. The staff was pleasant.
