Once again the Embassy Suites has provided a super weekend get-away for my family. From the SUPERB Breakfast through the managers "happy hour reception" to the most comfortable beds in the Hilton Chain...The staff is friendly, courteous, informative and helpful. Smiles are everywhere...It has the air of "Disney World" for a lot less. We'll be back for sure! more

My father and I stayed here for one night-just to see the Heat v Magic game for his birthday. Absolutely wonderful! Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing I would have preferred is to have windows that actually could be opened, especially for smoking rooms. The menu and quality of the food was not excellent, but breakfast was great...and FREE! more

My one-week stay at Embassy Suites in downtown Orlando, Florida was excellent. The suite was very comfortable/roomy, sparkling clean bathroom, super-comfortable bed with down comforter & pillows. We were so pleased with our stay. From the helpfulness of the valet to the great bartender, super comfy bed, great pillows....and then a really tasty, free breakfast in the morning with the desk clerk, even holding our car for us to enjoy that breakfast! Room service was expedient. Room size was wonderful, especially with two children. The location was great with easy access in and out of the driveway. I really loved the valet service. The room was great. If your just on vacation it's a great location. If your here to visit MD Anderson Cancer Center or any other medical facility. It is with-in a mile. It is a home away from home. The rooms have amazingly plushy beds. It's like sleeping on a cloud; which is especially nice after battling heat and crowds at theme parks. The bathrooms are quite large with showers that have ample amounts of pressure. All the services (valet, room service, etc...) are exceedingly eager to help you in any means possible; they provide easy directions to theme... more
