Incredibly helpful staff from the valet parking ($21/day and mandatory) to the front desk to the bartender helping me get a very late dinner! I recently stayed for 1 nite for business in downtown Orlando. The staff was very friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions, directions etc. Workout room was equipped ok, smallish pool.
