I did not realize till I checked in that all of the downtown and shops was on one side, the Eola Lake park right behind and all the places along Central for eating and the Farmers Market on Sunday. The lively nightlife was what I expect to Florida but at very reasonable prices. The daytime shops and museums and restaurants... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past couple of years, and I have always had an oustanding experience. The hotel rooms are large, modern and clean, the atmosphere is nicely professional, and the prices are reasonable. The free breakfast is excellent, with scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, sausage, and even made-to-order omlettes. The staff members are... More

The Embassy Suites on Pine Street in downtown Orlando seems to be a decent place to stay. It’s reasonably well located, easily walkable to downtown and the lake. Staff are friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour are a plus. But a number of details were off, and take away from the "visitor experience". 1. When making my reservation,... More

Recently spent a long weekend at the downtown Orlando Embassy Suites. I admit I'm a fan on the ES concept to begin with, but this one was exceptionally well run. Attentive, efficient front desk staff remembered us and greeted us each time we left and departed the hotel. Evening manager's reception (cocktails for us) was nice, with decent munchies and... More

Incredibly helpful staff from the valet parking ($21/day and mandatory) to the front desk to the bartender helping me get a very late dinner! Rooms are off a hollow interior so it can be a little loud around mealtimes, but quite beautful setting. Great views of Lake Eola and nice suite room set up - some with balconies. Phenomenol complimentary... More

I recently stayed for 1 nite for business in downtown Orlando. The staff was very friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions, directions etc. Workout room was equipped ok, smallish pool. Good made to order omlette complementary. The best part of the stay was a great shower--much larger and more pressure than expected. More

Stayed here with friends in March. Has a very good location, if you want to stay downtown as we did. Very close to the popular bars. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. A bit outdated though. The pool was rather small. Overall ok. Only really negative point would be the elevators. Only two of them, pretty slow, and sometimes one out of... More

I stayed here on a business trip and it was decent, location is kind of iffy if you plan on walking at night. i heard alot of street noise from my room. My wife stayed here for her bachelorette party and asked for joining rooms with my sister. The hotel didn't honor it and tried to put them on completely... More

My husband and I stayed here after a wedding. It was nicer than we expected. We did hear a little noise, but we were so tired after staying up so late. Attractive property. Clean.. Linens were not heavenly, but I'm spoiled. We walked to Church Street, but got a ride back. The walk was a little longer than I expected.... More

Our check in date was on a Thursday, first night was OK. Friday night at 2:30 in the morning two guys in the next room decided to have very noisey sex. I could hear the conversation and it was not pleasant. Saturday night we returned to the hotel and found huge crowds in front of the only working elevator of... More
