This was a wonderful low-key place to enjoy downtown Orlando and avoid the theme park madness. The location was great, allowing us to walk around the lake each morning, walk to restaurants @ Church St. Station, and even walk to Publix 3 blocks away. The front desk staff was fantastic. We had a king suite with French doors that opened... More

We generally like Embassy Suites as they are consistently clean and do not have a pretentious clientele. We had a great 2 night stay here and loved the proximity to the lake and a small hipster neighborhood. However, both nights (Tuesday and Wednesday) had several incidences of loud noises of people and machines. We were on the city/lake side. We... More

This is my go-to place to stay in Orlando! Great location next to Lake Eola; central to all points Orlando. I love staying here; they make you feel welcome from the reception happy hour to specialty made omelette for breakfast!

I received a free upgrade due to my Hilton membership upon arrival. The gave me the Presidential room. Beautiful room and balcony looking over lake Eola. Free breakfast was nice also. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Orlando. We received a free ride to the Orlando Arena by hotel van. Nice bar next door called 310 club. (I think... More

This hotel does not meet the Hilton standards. We paid over $350 a night for a room that looked like something from a Red Roof Inn. Not to mention all of the homeless bums outside of the hotel. We will never come back to this dump

I stayed at this Embassy Suites hotel the week of 3/17/14. The room was clean and well suited for my business needs. The only downside to my room was that it was apparent that the caulking around the bath tub needed replaced. The free breakfast buffet made a delicious start to my day and the free cocktails were just what... More

With anything there this the good with the not so good. Good: location, room size, bed comfy, people are nice, pool area is in a really good spot for all day sun. Bad: it sorely needs to remodel. It's a hotel stuck in the 1990's. Our room had this weird smell to it all weekend, there were holes in our... More

Overpriced. The room was musty. We heard the guests in the next room whenever they spoke. The hotel looks like it could use an updated. Very disappointing for the price which was 225 per night. Did not get the upgrade we requested. We paid way too much but it was the location that sucked us in. Will not stay there... More

Stayed at this hotel for one night for business. Location is great in the heart of Downtown Orlando. Hotel has a great managers evening reception and complimentary buffet breakfast with cook to order food. Rooms were nice and clean. Would recommend.

We simply couldn’t have said it better. We pride ourselves on having the best location among downtown Orlando hotels – Walk to Lake Eola, Thornton Park and downtown Orlando. All three areas are full of exciting restaurants near downtown Orlando and offer a variety of cuisine. But as you mentioned, save a little with our hotel’s complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and... More

I booked this hotel for my Best Friend's bachelorette party. I chose it for two reasons: the location and the breakfast. The hotel is within a five to seven minute walk to the bars on Church St. It was a simple walk, and easy to navigate on the way home, if you catch my drift. Breakfast the next morning was... More
