I fell in love with the Embassy Suites chain when I was in Fort Bragg, NC., so maybe my expectations were too high for this particular location. The hotel is an older one, so musty smells, older furniture, moldy shower fixtures and intermittent hot water is to be expected. But what can be updated/changed is the slow Wifi, the cold... More

In Orlando for business, and decided to stay downtown. Hotel is close to Church Street and several restaurants. If you doing business downtown it's the place to stay. Hotel staff is friendly and helpfully with anything you may need. Just beware parking runs about $24.00, and internet is another $12. and slow. They have a limited Happy Hour, and breakfast... More

My niece selected this hotel for our family to stay at while in Orlando for her wedding. It was a wonderful place for our entire family, especially the generous breakfast buffet which made for a perfect gathering spot for all 17 of us! Also great location near Eola Lake and downtown Orlando.

My boyfriend and I love staying at Embassy Suites hotels - the rooms are spacious, the complimentary cocktails and made to order breakfast are wonderful, and the staff is always helpful. I made our reservation at this hotel 3+ months in advance and when I checked in, was given the wrong room type (two doubles instead of the king suite... More

We had a great clean room in this nice hotel. Safe short walk to amway center and church street. Numerous restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. We slept through breakfast so can't help anyone there. Wifi was bad and not worth $12. Cheerfully refunded the next morning when I mentioned it dropped us and wouldn't let us back on. Valet only parking... More

This is a typical Embassy Suites, which is generally fine, with an exceptional breakfast. However it has some warts: slow elevators, even slower internet service, and outrageously priced parking (no free parking). If you have to use the hotel's internet connection to do business, I would stay elsewhere. This property's is maddeningly slow and/or unreliable.

From the complimentary cocktail reception and the complimentary breakfast buffet to the cleanliness of the guest room and hospitality of the staff this hotel knocked it out of the park and is so worth the price!

First room I checked into was in a corner and had ZERO wifi connection, not to mention a hole in the sofa large enough to drop a quarter through it. Two of my associates were put in a smoking room the first night. We were there for 4 nights, rooms are fine; breakfast is great; there is a free happy... More

We stayed at the Embassy Suites because we wanted to be close to Lake Eola, downtown Orlando. What a great location walked everywhere after we got there. Plenty of restaurants. The hotel is clean and modern. We enjoyed the cooked to order breakfast. do not get a room over the kitchen, the fans are just too loud.

Have always relied on Embassy Suites/Hilton for great stays. Never questioned this booking till I got there. Lobby is poorly lit and gloomy with only one bright spot behind reception. Lobby foods were stingy and unimaginative.. nothing like what we've enjoyed at other Embassy Suite stays. Room had broken and damaged furniture (depressing) and lack of wastebaskets with no bags...
