Busy hotel with a close proximity to Universal Studios. Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed. If you are in a time crunch you might want to use other transportation to get to/from Universal. The free shuttle is shared by many neighboring hotels and takes a while to make its rounds. more

Booked hotel for 1 night on Saturday October 18th, 2008. Room was clean, everything in order. The breakfast area had the nicest lady attending to the needs of the guests.
