We travelled here on June 18th for our 2 week Honeymoon and delighted with our stay at the Hotel. My Dad had called up before we left to explain it was our Honeymoon and they upgraded us to an Executive Room on the 12th Floor of the Tower Block for free. We arrived and the service was excellent until they... more

The hotel room was quite big and the overall look was ok. But when you had to go to the bathroom it was not a big pleasure. The bath tube looked very old and dirty; soap and shower gel very poor quality; no body lotion, no hair conditioner. Plus the bathroom itself was very small, you barely had some place... more

Yes I know you pay for what you get ........... When we arrived we put placed in C Block [block being the operative word] but the main entrance door was broke, the room door looked like it had been kicked in on more than one occassion and the toilet never stopped flushing [good job my husband is a plumber!] So... more

We were a little nervous on the first night as we were staying on the ground floor around the side of the hotel in block D and I was a bit weary about our safety. We considered changing rooms but ended up staying put. The room was good for what we wanted but the hotel as a whole could do... more

I have just spent 4 days at this hotel. I stayed on the 12th floor in the tower and just did not feel safe. I wish there were a security guard in this building. The elevators were creepy and anyone off the street could just walk in and be around anywhere. Also, I could hear every word of the conversations... more

Chose this Hotel for its situation close to shops, restaurants, etc. and also for its shuttle service to the Parks. Although myself and my husband had been abroad before, this was the first time for our triplet sons aged 12 and so we really wanted it to be special for them. I was a bit worried before going, after reading... more
