“No elevator so pick first floor”

Bordered on two stars....I stayed here on a business trip in the local area. It was close to where I was working for the day. Beware that the hotel needs some upgrades but overall is clean. The hallway heading to the rooms is not airconditioned so it leaves the hallway smelling musty but the room AC worked fine. Not really... More

“If the front desk people change their attitude maybe I will stay again!”

while processing our reservations, he charged a room to my wife credit card erroneously and assigned the rooms incorrectly, people that pay for double queen bed received double double beds and vice versa. No help at all at check out.

“Good rates but poor front desk services”

The room was clean and modern for the given low rates. The front desk guy by the name of Gio had poor customer service skills and was the least friendly and we were turned off. The included breakfast was minimal with basic choices of bagels, waffles, coffee, and quite crowded during the peak hours 7-9am.

As an owner, I take great pride, in not only hearing good commentary, but constructive commentary as well, especially regarding our "Front-End" Staff. The location of the hotel is excellent,however,if you are used to brand new beds and nice towels and nice new rooms this aint for you,for a one or two night stay its ok.The bathroom was pitifull,not dirty just in need of better care,the beds were of but you could see that the sheets needed retiring.The question is would i stay... Not worth a dollar to stay here. Filthy dirty, smells of mold. Rooms are very old. This is NOT a resort.
