Nice customer service at front desk. Rooms were very spacious and clean. We found the shuttle a tad confusing at first, but the staff answered all our questions. Signs saying "pickup to ____ and___" would be helpful. Parking a bit expensive, but all in all great stay.

I'm a Disney's fan, usually visit Orlando 3 times per year so I know about hotels and service there. Doubletree at lake buena vista rocks!!! His location near all, his cookies, his staff....and his little mini market just amazing....

Housekeeping is Not good here- but everything else is good. The staff is friendly and helpful, but mistakes are made. Good/ not great, but, the effort is there! Great location, great services, great Parking attendants!

Here for business and got a great breakfast for a fair price. Eggs and omelets cooked to order. Waffles and pancakes (delicious!) were also made fresh to order. Service at breakfast was second to none. Rooms were clean and typical size. Comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and airport shuttle was quick and timely.

After a long journey to arrive at this beautiful hotel was a godsend. Thanks to the front desk staff, Louree, and Juanita (pool bartender) my business trip became a mini vacation. Every lunch was spent pool side enjoying the sun and the friendly bartender. Great trip all around
