Old, funny smell in the elevator. Only 2 elevators for a lot of guests. Worst breakfast area, people were not clean, staff wasn't cleaning what people left on tables. You had the feeling things weren't clean. Bathrooms had a urine smell.. It didn't have a safe box, and had the feeling you were going to get robbed by the staff.

Minutes to Universal. Clean. Courteous staff. Love that it has suites, so perfect for families with kids. Decent free hot breakfast, free parking, free shuttle to the park (useful if the times suit you), free internet, pool.
