We booked an impromptu vacation from NY to Orlando to see the Shuttle Endeavor take off, obviously we needed the best rates possible leaving a week before. My BF Pricelined a room and the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress was the result. All of the reviews looked very promising. I noted that many folks were displeased with the fact that the... more

Just returned from a week long stay at this Hyatt and absolutely had a WONDERFUL time. The staff is more than friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to meet your needs. We paid $70 through Priceline for this hotel and my only complaint would be that we didn't save a day to just enjoy all the hotel had... more

This was my third visit to the Hyatt and my third review. The two previous reviews I wrote were glowing, but I am sorry to say that my recent stay has left me feeling much less positive about the Hyatt Regency, than before. I have read a number of recent reviews, which are very positive, despite the current renovations, but... more

Just returned from an amazing stay at this hotel. There is renovation work going on but don't let that put you off. Got a great deal through priceline $69 per night. The newly renovated rooms are superb, great beds, flat screen tv, mini fridge, sofa. There is no bath but the walk in shower more than makes up for it.... more

I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress on multiple occasions for business meetings. Extensive renovations were underway during my most recent stay which seemed to result in noticeably reduced hotel occupancy. I stayed in one of the "pre-renovation" rooms that was spacious, comfortable and had a good view of the beautiful pool and hotel grounds. Aside from peeling... more

We had 2 rooms this trip. One was a King with shower on 10th floor and the other was 2 queen and tub on 15th. I was very disappointed upon check in that I had requested CONNECTING rooms and not only were they not connecting but 5 floors apart !! The gentleman checking us in, though pleasant, did not seem... more

Thank you for the posting. We appreciate the kind words on our new decorated rooms. It is uncommon for the bathroom floor to get wet after showering and we are in the process of looking at your particular rooms to see if the installation was performed correctly. Thank you again.

Stayed a week. Hotels pool the highlight. Lake with pedaloes directly behind it & pool hut with complementary towels. Two shops reasonably priced. We stayed in newly refurbished rooms. Art deco style very nice with widescreen tv with supposedly some free channels that i didnt find. Food pricey considering 21% tax/service charge added plus $3.00 delivery charge. A $6.50 coffee... more

We stayed in the hotel at week 24/2009. The hotel locates in a very beautiful gardening area. Surroundings are well kept and look close to paradise... :) The service was just perfect to us Europeans. Not pushy but friendly. Room was clean and spacious but balcony very small (only half meter wide!). Free and safe parking was great. One morning... more

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding and this was the location of the reception. The service at the hotel was fantastic. There are several restaurants to choose from and the rooms were a good size. The pool is huge with waterfalls and water slides and pool side service. There are bikes and kayaks to borrow so there is... more

We got a very good deal on priceline and this hotel was fantastic. The pool area was great for kids and adults and there are plenty of activities. Within walking distance of many restaurants and there is a great bar opposite the entrance to the hotel ($5 pitchers!!!!). Downtown Disney is walkable (about 20 minutes). Definitely recommended. more
