We stayed at this property the week prior to Thanksgiving! We had read many reviews about the Old Key West property and were excited to experience it for ourselves. We elected to utlize the online check in, which made checking in a breeze. When we arrived at the front desk, we were greeted with "Welcome Home" and the check in... More

Old Key West is one of the older DVC properties at WDW. We received an upgrade into a 2-bedroom family suite and it helped us enjoy our stay a bit more than we otherwise would. The decor feels a bit dated, especially when compared with newer DVC properties such as Saratoga Springs. gift shop is relatively limited. Menu, food, and... More

Old Key West Resort was perfect for our family group of six. We stayed in a refurbished two bedroom villa. The rooms were spacious and closet space provided plenty of room to keep our things organized. The separate laundry room was a nice feature. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking equipment. We ordered our groceries two weeks before from... More

First let me say .. Disney has changed a lot in the last 30 years since my last visit. Since that time I have traveled the country extensively and stayed in some of the finest accommodations we have to offer. I am big on value as is relates to service. I don't mind expensive or extreme if the service is... More

When we booked this reservation, it was the only DVC resort we could get without having to either waitlist a night or two or switch resorts during our stay. We booked a 1 bedroom villa. I am not thrilled with the studios so I thought this would be much better. Don't like the studios because there is no couch, just... More

Stayed for a week in a two bedroom apartment with four adults and three kids. The resort is big, well maintained and quiet enough. You are able to go everywhere at the resort by foot or free buses that run to parks and around the resort "20 minute" interwall (could mean anything from 5 to 50 minutes). In the apartments... More

We have been members of Disney Vacation Club for 17 years. The main thing we have enjoyed is superb service. However, it seems even Disney has been taken over by accountants. When we booked our 16 day vacation (11-27 December 2010) the online reservation system no longer works. We had to call and spend nearly an hour on the phone.... More

We stayed with friends in a 3 bedroom unit for our first trip ever to Walt Disney World. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. They tried their best to get us settled in early after our redeye flight. Our first day was booked into a studio unit which was comfortable and nice. The grounds are very well kept. It... More

Don't stay here if you can help it. The rooms are in no way deluxe and the service is terrible. Stayed here during the first week of December and was disappointed each day by the extreme lack of management of this property. From front desk staff who took almost an hour to check us into a room that was ready... More
