The Rosen Centre hotel functions very well. It has plenty of elevators with little waiting, large rooms with mini fridges and safes, friendly staff, and good access to the convention center. Beautiful, large hotel. Very clean, excellent rooms. Many food options. Excellent location if you are coming to Orlando for an event at the convention center, the hotel is attached! Walking distance to City Walk. It's expensive though, we got a good price because we had about 80 people staying there for an event.

Enjoyed 5 nights here recently on a company sponsored event. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurants were all very good. Rooms and beds very comfortable and very good air conditioning. Would stay here again.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. I normally stay in the Hilton Family but my company reserved the rooms. AC failed. The whole unit was replaced at 9.0pm. Prompt service but disruptive. Management could have called to appologise. Dinner was dreadful.
