The Port Orleans French Quarter was exactly as so many reviewers have stated. Fun, colorful surroundings. Close to the parks, small enough that you can easily walk from from room to pools, restaurants or shuttles without it taking forever. Our room was perfectly appointed, comfortable and everything worked. We are a family with 3 girls, one man. So needed extra... More

It's a nice hotel. Not very big. Very quiet. I don't think it's the best option if you are going with kids. Best part is that you can go to Downtown Disney by bus (yay). It has only a food court, no restaurants.

For our first visit to Disney World, I do not think we could have chosen better. Quite after the long days, wonderful pool (need more than one hot tub though). More adults young and old than little children made this a serene and low key resort. Easy, in fact super easy, transportation access to the whole part. Luggage, taken care... More

The experience began as soon as we walked in the door. The staff seemed genuinely happy and welcomed us upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. They were always eager to help. Everyone was very knowledgeable from the concierge to the cashier at the in-house convenience store. Everything was perfectly convenient too, with a store, restaurant and bar on... More

Me and My partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We enjoyed a standard room near to the bus stop which proved to be handy. We ate at the hotel on a few occasions and the food was to a good standard, we also enjoyed the use of the hot tub early in the morning when no one else... More

My mom and I stayed at this resort for five nights at the end of July. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to check in early at the resort and so we knew our room wouldn't be ready. During check in, the room they had picked for us didn't match any of the requests I made when booking... More

Stayed here for two weeks in August 2015. Overall the hotel is very nice. Much smaller than the other Disney resort hotels and to be honest we preferred it that way. The rooms were cleaned and tided everyday and to a good standard. Our room was in block 7 and the only issue we did have that the room was... More

This hotel is an odd juxtaposition between the public areas and the actual rooms. The public area was overly themed with large plastic characters all over the place. It seems very geared toward family and young children. It had a huge Mardi Gras theme in the dining area, the room itself, on the other hand, appeared elegant and rich. This... More

This was our 2nd stay at WDW FQ having previously stayed at the Riverside resort and I have to say that we preferred the smaller scale of the FQ. All buildings are relatively close to the main entrance and food court and the pool area. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels provided daily, however, they are not huge but... More

It was a family holiday, we stayed on 12th April 2015 - 19th April 2015. It was a great stay and would stay again. The staff were very friendly & great help. The food was great and couldn't say anything bad about breakfast or tea. The rooms were clean (our rooms were cleaned by someone called Bertha which she was... More
