The service definately lived up to Disney's standards. We loved the towel animals we found in our room everyday, and room service was superb. The room was always spotless. The food in the onsite cafeteria was good, and it was so convenient to just walk downstairs and hop on a bus to go to the resorts. Would definately stay here... more

Just returned (7/6/9) from a wonderful trip to Disney. The French Quarter is a delightful place to stay while visiting WDW. I have only previously stayed on-site at the Grand Floridian, and while POFQ is not the Grand Floridian, it is a really nice place to be. I have seen others write that it is a nice, quiet respite after... more

We usually stay outside the Disney Resort near Kissimmee. This is the first time we stayed in a Disney Resort. We received a price per night at Port Orleans as we would of had we stayed outside the Resort. Very Clean, Housekeeping and everyone who works here Very nice and courteous. I have a 13 year old and a 5... more

At first I thought the trip was perfect fun in the sun. Untill, we went to the pool. When we frist went it was closed. I was okay, I didn't really care. Then we came back 11 times, and everytime we went it was closed. The closed the pool every ten minutes for NO REASON. I started to get soooooo... more

we go to disney every year and this is a great moderate hotel. The pool is great and the hotel is in great shape. The best thing about this hotel is that is it smaller then most and even when they are fulled booked it seems not very crowded more

This is the second review I am writing. The first was for the first time a went to the French Quarter. This review is for the vacation I just returned from. Again, I was impressed with this moderate resort. It had all I wanted. Convenience!!! The buses were at my disposal almost immediately. The Dragon pool is very impressive for... more

If I were to give a recommendation of a romantic hotel at Disney, I would say the POFQ immediately. It is so pretty, small and tucked away - yet very accessible to everything Disney. The best is a river view room because you can walk out at night and watch the fireworks at Magic Kingdom at the water's edge. There... more

I hate to share how wonderful this place is for fear of not being able to book it again! It is picture perfect. So quiet and relaxing. I don't know how they do it with such large crowds at Disney in June. The pools and French Quarter and Riverside out great. The grounds are lovely. The surrey bikes and river... more

We loved this hotel. The Rooms were a decent size and clean. The staff was great and helpful. The New Orleans theme was quiet and peaceful. It was a great place to come back to after visiting the parks. I even think they piped in the sounds of the Bayou. Our room was on the first floor in a building... more
