We have stayed at many Walt Disney World resorts. The majority of them being Deluxe Resorts. However, this trip to Walt Disney World involved visiting with family off property. So we decided since we won't be in the room or park much let's try a moderate resort. This resort is a quaint resort and hotel it has a fabulous heated... More

Very colourful and fun. The hotel rooms are in blocks that look like those houses found in Bourbon Street in New Orleans. You can also use the facilities at the Port Orleans Riverside Hotel which we had to do as they closed the pool due to someone's snorkel mask shattering under water and glass in the pool. It was the... More

Stayed here for eight days and I have no complaints. The room was very clean and everyday they cleaned our rooms very nicely. That's a plus for me since I'm traveling with kids. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and very accomadating. Had a very nice time here.

stayed at many disney hotels, this was very nice! not the fanciest, but friendly and clean. have been there 3 times. would go back again. a plus is that you can take a boat to downtown disney and avoid the bus crowds. ( a big plus! )

The Port Orleans French Quarter was exactly as so many reviewers have stated. Fun, colorful surroundings. Close to the parks, small enough that you can easily walk from from room to pools, restaurants or shuttles without it taking forever. Our room was perfectly appointed, comfortable and everything worked. We are a family with 3 girls, one man. So needed extra... More

It's a nice hotel. Not very big. Very quiet. I don't think it's the best option if you are going with kids. Best part is that you can go to Downtown Disney by bus (yay). It has only a food court, no restaurants.

For our first visit to Disney World, I do not think we could have chosen better. Quite after the long days, wonderful pool (need more than one hot tub though). More adults young and old than little children made this a serene and low key resort. Easy, in fact super easy, transportation access to the whole part. Luggage, taken care... More

The experience began as soon as we walked in the door. The staff seemed genuinely happy and welcomed us upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. They were always eager to help. Everyone was very knowledgeable from the concierge to the cashier at the in-house convenience store. Everything was perfectly convenient too, with a store, restaurant and bar on... More

Me and My partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We enjoyed a standard room near to the bus stop which proved to be handy. We ate at the hotel on a few occasions and the food was to a good standard, we also enjoyed the use of the hot tub early in the morning when no one else... More

My mom and I stayed at this resort for five nights at the end of July. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to check in early at the resort and so we knew our room wouldn't be ready. During check in, the room they had picked for us didn't match any of the requests I made when booking... More
