My wife and I checked in on our arrival date as planned, we drove because wife doesn't fly! From the time we were met at the unloading zone in front until we left, It was pure bliss. Never in my life have I been treated with as much care, respect and attention as I was this stay. I just cannot... more

Our family just got back from another trip to Disney World last week. This was our first time staying at the GF. The only reason I decided to stay at Disney's most expensive resort is because of the 4nights/3 free special that they were offering. Even with the 3 nights lodging free, it still cost us an exorbitant fee for... more

My family and I stayed at the Grand Floridian for a week in June, and we absolutely loved it. We had a theme park view that was outstanding. The hotel was quiet, clean and the service was excellent. The hotel staff made us feel as though we were the only guests there. They attended to our every need. We also... more

My family and I first visit Disney World in Jun. 2007 and stayed at one of the value resort which was very good. The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is a palace. My only compliant is that there is no free internet and there is a daily internet charge. When I go back to Disney World I will stay at... more

Location....Location.....Location......PERFECT! Everything about the Grand Floridian was excellent. Is it expensive, well of course it is, this hotel is the Flag Ship hotel of all the Disney resorts. All the staff was very friendly and you could tell that the staff would make attempts to go the extra mile if need be. The rooms were super clean, the bedding always... more

I had the pleasure of staying at The Grand Floridian in late May of 2009 for my husbands 30th birthday. We took advantage of Disney's Magical Express transportation, which I found very convenient and an added value to our vacation. Once we arrived at the resort, a lovely woman dressed in a Victorian costume greeted us and advised us that... more

This is a huge, beautiful resort but definitely not worth the money if you don't have time to take advantage of the amenities. For $343.00 per night (and that is a discounted rate) we had a rather small room with two queen size beds. The room smelled of cologne. Presumably from the previous guests. Hopefully not from the housekeeping staff.... more

I am going to preface this by saying that we got upgraded to the concierge level with an incredible view of the Magic Kingdom, so my review may be a little influenced!! We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and check in could not have been easier. I simply asked if they had any available upgraded views instead of our standard... more
