My family just returned from a Disney vacation, three nights at the Beach Club Resort and four nights on the Disney Wonder ship. It was great! This was our third trip to Disney World as a family (me, my wife and nine year-old daughter.) We have stayed at the Dolphin on the first of those trips, and at the Contemporary... more

Great room, beautiful lobby, accommodating staff, great activites, amazing pool, super restaurants, and easy access to Epcot! Only down side is transporation returning to hotel from other parks. Most hotels have their own bus for direct trip, but the Beach Club is paired with multiple hotels and the wait time is insane! more

We frequent Disney every year all the way from AZ. We've stayed at almost all the resorts and this one is definitely the best. We (husband and 3 boys, 9,7,4) all love Epcot, so to start and end our day there is the BEST given that it's steps away. We stayed in the room overlooking the lagoon and to open... more

When we checked into the Beach Club Resort at 11am our room was ready. We were very excited to go and see the room that was just on the second floor which we were told was an 'upgrade'. We open the door to the 'suite' as it was described in the hall only to find that we were upgraded to... more

This was our first time staying at the Beach Club & it was more than we thought it would be. Everyone was very friendly & so accomodating. Our room was cleaned daily, it was hard to tell that 2 adults & 3 young children were residing in it for a week. The only negative thing was ordering food from the... more

We arrived in Orlando and made our way to the Disney Magical Express Bus,the staff were helpful and friendly. We boarded the air conditioned bus for the short journey to our hotel. Upon arrivel at the hotel we were welcomed home and taken to the consierge level where we were given all the Disney Information and room keys. The consierge... more

When you arrive at the resort they welcome you by saying "welcome home" and truly, you feel at home ! The service at this resort is outstanding. We were catered to every minute of our stay. Upon arrival to the resort ( we arrived early that morning) our room naturally was not ready, however we were upgraded at no charge... more

We used the Disney Vacation Planning DVD to help narrow down the many choices of on-property Disney resorts. The pool sold us, as we have two boys, ages 5 and 3. Unfortunately, our pool time was cut drastically short since we were in Orlando during "Epic Rain" in from May 18-23. However, we still swam a couple times and enjoyed... more

We are passholders and came in with my mother in law and kids. The rooms were more than big enough for 5 people and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The pillows were awesome. I felt so relaxed and comfortable in our room and housekeeping and bell services were excellent. staff and concerierge were excellent... more

We stayed at the Beach Club resort the second week of May with our two young daughters (3 & 5). The hotel is very nice and the staff are very helpful but I can't stop feeling I overpaid for the overall experience at the resort. I have been to chain hotels that have been far more luxurious and equally kid... more
