We stayed for a week. Arrived at 7:30 am and room was ready. I had requested ground floor near lobby. We got 2nd floor by quiet pool. It was a hike to lobby. To get to actual boardwalk we had to wind down many halls. We could also walk through courtyard, take elevator up one floor then in lobby take... More

The Boardwalk Inn is awesome. The staff is outstanding. Perfect location for Disney's Food and Wine Festival. The grounds were impeccable and perfectly groomed. The WiFi keeps a very strong signal throughout the facility.

On arrival, I was greeted by very friendly cast members, then drove to self-parking some distance from the front entrance. Signs could have more clearly pointed to self-parking. On attempting to check-in for my Disney Institute course, my room wasn't ready. The course starts at 2, rooms aren't guaranteed until 3, and my room wouldn't be ready until 2:30. Some... More

This hotel has been recently renovated and it beautiful. The theme is everywhere. Transportation to Epcot (Food & Wine Festival) and Hollywood Studios was excellent. The bus to MK wasn't bad, but the one to AK took forever. The Luna pool (& bar) was very nice and the quiet pool was just that. Amazingly quiet. Not so quiet was our... More

Friendly staff, great experience, all the usual Disney vibe. Only complaint was that finding a breakfast venue for early morning was a bit limited. Great access to EPCOT, enjoy the EPCOT fireworks right from your room.

My hubby and I stayed at the Boardwalk Inn for our Honeymoon. At the price we were expecting a super comfortable bed and really nice in room amenities. Well We didn't get that really. The room WAS clean, and the amenities commendable, but if it wasn't in or close to Disney world I wouldn't pay more then $100 a night... More

Stayed in the Boardwalk in for three nights. Check in was a littler longer than you would expect due to the computers being down. Magic bands didn't work, room wasn't ready, then it was...it was all sorted out in a few minutes. We were on the same level as the check in desk which was nice, all the way at... More

My family and I have visited WDW a total of 12 times, and have stayed at many different hotels over the years. This year (July 2014) was my twelfth trip and the second time in which I stayed at the Boardwalk. This has always been my father's favorite resort and I have to say it is on my top 3. The... More

Disney's Boardwalk Inn is awesome. We stayed coincerage level for 7 nights. All the employees were wonderful, very helpful & kind. The room was perfect. It was clean and everything was perfectly detailed. Our view was wonderful. We had a small balcony with two chairs and a very small table. The only negative was the cleanliness of the balcony. There... More

New wristbands are great as long as the battery to your room doesn't die. We were club level guests and concierge could not let us in and once someone could let us into our room we had to wait for an engineer to come and change battery. When asked what nice thing they would do to make up for the... More
