I was a guest at this hotel for four days while attending the Disney Institute course on quality and customer service. POSITIVES New hotel. Large rooms. Good showers and beds. Great free Wi-Fi, great gym. Good seamless checkout. In keeping with Disney’s HR policies, the staff was friendly and willing to help. NEGATIVES I got a bad room with view... More

Location and view are the highlights of this resort. Pro's : The ability to walk to restaurants, boat transportation and its lively atmosphere. Cons: Noise; Inside and out. Ive now stayed at Boardwalk, Yacht Club and Beach. I would say Yacht is preferred.

My husband and I have been to Disney many times and have stayed at a number of the deluxe resorts. We hadn't stayed at the Boardwalk previously as we grew up near the Jersey shore and the theme didn't appeal to us. Due to the location between EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, we decided to give it a try this year.... More

disappointments are not here. The staff is cheery. The rooms are well kept and clean. I had no issues here at all. There is the price which is a bit steep compared with others in the immediate area but all in all, this property is a keeper.

This was our 4th stay at Boardwalk and it just never gets old. The design of the hotel is that of a shoreline boardwalk of another era. I love the architecture of the building and the furnishing are relaxing and comfortable. The boardwalk on the lake side of the hotel is the place to spend your evenings. Dinner, desserts and... Our stay at Boardwalk was for business, but i was very impressed with this property. Beautiful furnishings and grounds, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Knowing we were visiting on business they assigned us a room over the gardens on the quiet side (think adult pool vs. The kids pool). The boardwalk can be a little loud, so I was thankful... More

This was our first vacation in Disney with our 2 boys (2 and 5 years old). My wife was down there on business so we decided to extend our stay at the Boardwalk Inn. Since the stay was arranged by my wife's company, it was a pot luck situation. Luckily we really enjoyed it! Our room was on the first... More

I have only stayed in 3 Disney World hotels; the Polynesian, Animal Kingdom Lodge, and now the Boardwalk Inn. Boardwalk Inn was easily my favorite. My wife and I loved the short walk to Epcot, and the 15 minute walk to Hollywood Studios was also a big deal for us. A lot of the Disney hotels seem to have a... More

Stayed for Business conference and a few days of pleasure at Disney. The decor & colors of the room was not great for my tastes, but it fit the theme of the Hotel. Mostly the striped wall-paper was a turnoff. Per night, the cost is more than I would pay if I was staying for vacation, but this is a... More

It's a Disney resort so of course it's overpriced. The rooms are okay but not what they charge. Then again, I'm guessing that the room rate built in other amenities. From my perspective, the rooms are the equivalent of a Marriott or Hyatt. Another guest indicated that you can tell the quality of the Disney resort by the tower paper.... More
