Disney's Boardwalk Inn is awesome. We stayed coincerage level for 7 nights. All the employees were wonderful, very helpful & kind. The room was perfect. It was clean and everything was perfectly detailed. Our view was wonderful. We had a small balcony with two chairs and a very small table. The only negative was the cleanliness of the balcony. There... More

New wristbands are great as long as the battery to your room doesn't die. We were club level guests and concierge could not let us in and once someone could let us into our room we had to wait for an engineer to come and change battery. When asked what nice thing they would do to make up for the... More

We have visited Disney in September for the past 9 years. We normally stay at the Polynesian club level (Hawaii bldg) but with the construction etc. we decided look elsewhere. Almost tried the new Four Seasons but decided to wing it and booked a deluxe concierge room which gives a bit more space than the Poly. Lo and behold we... More

I have been to WDW over 24 times visiting almost every year from 1992 to present. I've read recently the hotel is undergoing updates. Hopefully, these updates will correct the rooms (dated and worn furnishings, no bed skirt, stained sinks and tub, etc.). I cannot recommend paying Deluxe Resort rates for the Boardwalk until this is complete. My only regret... More

I've visited the boardwalk several times. It is truly an experience with it's turn of the century, Atlantic city theme. It has been on my top list of places I've wanted to stay. I finally got the opportunity and jumped on it. The rooms are extremely clean and the quality of the entire property is top notch. The resort also... More

We just returned from a week stay at the Boardwalk. Previously, we had stayed at Port Orleans Riverside. However, this year my oldest son could not join us as he was off to college. I have always thought that Disney kind of discriminated against families of 5 regarding the available hotel options, so for 5 years straight we stayed at... More

This was our 2nd trip to disney during december, so we had a good idea as to what to expect. We stayed at the Wilderness lodge in 2012. The location of the boardwalk is perfect for walking to both Epcot and Hollywood studios. The only negative to the boardwalk that I would say is that the bus to MK was... More

We stayed at Boardwalk last week with our 4 year old grandson. We usually make at least one or 2 trips to Disney each year . . . Disney World this year . . . Disneyland last September with family (Disneyland Hotel) . . . Disney World in May 2013 with two other grandchildren (Contemporary). I had assumed that Boardwalk... More

We stayed at the Boardwalk 3 years ago, it was a great hotel. The service was excellent and the maid moved the stuffed animals around and my daughter had a great time "finding" them. Depending on which room you are in, there's a bit of a walk. We stayed near the elevators and we were right next door to the... More

First of all this is our 7th stay at Disney and we were super excited to stay at Boardwalk Inn. We visited once a few years ago while staying at Caribbean beach and we loved the ambiance. We were greeted by one very nice lady who reminds me of a cast member from Saturday night live (you'll know who i'm... More
