First of all, Disney is always amazing but than there is that little bit extra everyone wants, and they gave it. We went to The Boardwalk because of its location (walking distance between EPCoT and MGM (now California) Studios. It was a friends birthday so without us even asking, they upgraded out rooms, had a cake in each room and... More

Disney vacation with my daughter's family was magical to say the least; the resort is typical Disney with friendly staff everywhere to be found. The room was nice but the bus transportation was not the best from this hotel; several times the Disney cast member had to call to find out where the next bus was. The hotel cleaning staff... More

Check in was at 3, at 5:15 we still did not have a room. When we finally got our room it was not the size we had paid for and the cleaning/chemical smell was so bad my eyes started to burn. I refused to stay in the room despite of how long it took us to get the room. I... More

Our family of five visits Disney World often. Our favorite location to stay at is the Epcot area. The Boardwalk Inn is fun and beautiful. You can walk or take the ferry to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Which we preferred so we didn't have to pull sleeping children out of their strollers to fold up and carry on and off... More

We went to Disney over the Memorial Day weekend and stayed here at the Boardwalk. Couldn't have asked for a better place! The only thing against it was the lack of food that others have - yes, I do realize that restaurants/snacks/etc. are located on the boardwalk under the hotel but it would have been nice. Otherwise, not a single... More

I read a review that said overlooking the pool is OK if you don't mind pool noise. I thought they meant the sounds of people swimming in the pool. What they should have said was that it is OK if you don't mind loud korny auto tuned music, overly enthusiastic people with microphones MCing pool parties going on and on... More

We really like The Boardwalk. It's Cute, clean, convenient. Walls are super thin, I wish they wouldn't put families with little kids right next to rooms with only adults. More breakfast dining options, the bar we went to for pastries and coffee was packed, would be nice. However the gal at the bar every morning was FANTASTIC. Buses to the parks were... More

We have stayed at a few other Disney resorts but I have l always wanted to stay at the Boardwalk. We splurged on the club level and it was worth it! We loved the club lounge and drinks and snacks available almost anytime of the day. If we stopped in at the lounge between posted snack times, the staff got... More

We've stayed at the BoardWalk Inn a few times and really love the location. It's a walk to both Epcot and Disney Studios and their is plenty of dinning and entertainment on the BoardWalk when you're done at the parks. Our kids are older but still love Disney. This was a great place to go when they headed into their... More

We stayed at this hotel in May 2015 for a family vacation with my husband, who is 69 and has some difficulty walking and our 2 sons, ages 29 and 31. We just loved this hotel. It is very easy to navigate from our room to the boardwalk and the pool area. There are 3 pools and all are very nice.... More
