Not that I look hard for issues but as a seasoned traveller they often present themselves but here they are hard to find-very honored that our military and veterans are being treated very well here at shades of green

I found this place by accident, my husband and I are both military. Clean and quiet, bathrooms are outdated, Staff friendly, grounds are beautiful. Easy to get quick food inexpensively.Bonus to have a BX on site. We didn't use the pool. Tried the restaurant one night and not enough staff working, our waiter was sweating like crazy from running around... More

We recently stayed with my family and my parents and we are so happy we did! We looked into getting a suite but we felt requesting two rooms together was a better deal because we had four real beds and two bathrooms as opposed to two beds and pull out couches and one bathroom. We got the red, white, and... More

Great trip and beautiful new pool area. The food is really good at the hotel, but the front desk service was BAD. They charged me incorrectly, so, I went to tell the manager. There were 2 other people complaining at the same time. The front desk people need better training. The hotel itself is beautiful, and clean. The transportation was... More

I'm retired military and this was my first stay at shades of green. When we first arrived we were greeted by hotel staff at registration and explained how to check in valets took care of parking arrangements. The place inside and out are absolutely beautiful. The rooms are roomy and the beds were extremely comfortable. The restaurants and food court... More

We stayed here while doing the Disney World thing. It is one of the closest resorts to Magic Kingdom (just across the street from the Polynesian Village) and the rates are MUCH better than Disney resort rates. It was clean and well taken care of. The rooms are much larger than I expected, with 2 queen beds and a fold-out... More

You have to be active, reserve, or retired military or Coast Guard to make a reservation here. The resort is on the Disney compound and has bus service to all the Disney locations. The rooms are very nice and well kept. There are restaurants on the premises and a mini BX/PX. It's an affordable option to the Disney owned resorts... More

This was my first stay here and I will be returning. For the money this is the best resort on Disneyworld to stay at. Just because this place is affordable does not mean its a dumpy cheap resort, the whole resort is well taken care of. The staff will do anything to accommodate your request. One down side of staying... More

We had a group of 11 including 4 kids, and this was a great hotel! The breakfast buffet is pretty standard and repetitive, but you can't beat the price-especially for kids UNDER 6 ( denied our 6 year old of the free buffet, and charged the 11 year old full adult price). The shuttles run frequently to all the Disney... More
