We drove into town on a Friday night to go see the Phantom of the Opera at the new Dr Phillips center Disney theater. We checked into the Normant Parry house into a very nice room on the second floor with its own balcony. We walked to the Rusty Spoon restaurant for dinner and then walked to the Dr Phillips... More

Wow, what a gem to find right near downtown Orlando. It is right next to the interstate but it's a tropical paradise with beautiful gardens. There are three houses and an Art Deco building all nestled together. Dr. Phillips own house is part of it. A unique Victorian house with gazebo and gardens. We stayed in the Art Deco units... More

We stayed at the Courtyard on Lake Lucerne on a slow Sunday night in December. We rented the Dr. Phillips room and entered a cold room. Tried to turn on heat and called the front desk for help. The front desk arrived played around with the thermostat and was unable to show us how to turn on the jacuzzi tub,... More

I would like let everyone know the amazing experience and service provided by Rafael, very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure the guests and bride were well taken care of from check in, during the wedding and also being a wealth of knowledge about this historical property and the surrounding area

We knew the hotel could be noisy because of the freeway and events. There was a wedding,ok have a goodtime. After the wedding the other guests were very noisy in the hall until after midnight. At 4am we woke to yelling and then the phone rang, was it a fire? No,the front desk was calling and told us we could be heard... More

ATTN: lady business travelers, light sleepers and people who like clean rooms This is a quaint property close to downtown. HOWEVER the adjacent interstate, the low quality mattresses and pillows and the gavel entry make it uncomfortable and hard to get a restful sleep and feel refreshed. The landscaping is beautiful but there is a lot of deferred maintenance on... More

This is a historic B&B type of place that has a very limited number of rooms that qualify as historic. We attended a wedding there, and the courtyard is beautiful and the wedding was fantastic. The rooms however were terrible. Dirty, rusty, lacking basics and completely mismatched. They will tell you this is the best example of Art Deco in... More

We stayed two nights in the Wellborn suites in room 311 for a wedding. I will start by saying that the website is completely misleading. The building is an old apartment complex with rusty metal stairs outside and rusty levalor mini blinds and old and outdated furnishings inside. The bathroom hadn't seen an update since the 70s at best with... More

Good Afternoon, I'm sorry that your stay with us wasn't as nice as most of our other reviewers here at Trip Advisor. By no means do we advertise ourselves as a new, modern hotel. The last thing we would ever do is mislead anyone. We have two homes on the property from the late 1800's. One being the oldest standing... More

What a wonderful find. A little piece of history in the heart of everything. The property is a cluster of historic homes which provide a large. secluded, and shady courtyard space to the rear that would be perfect for weddings. Each room was unique and well appointed with antiques. Large bathroom with jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. Strong A/C.... More

Absolutely charming. Was there for my best friends wedding. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, and was pleasantly surprised when we got to the room. It had a small kitchenette, and a queen in a separate bedroom, and another queen in what was more the living room/public space. Worked flawlessly with who I was traveling with. And for... More
