My fiance and I have been to at least ten Bed and Breakfasts all over the US (Colorado, NY, Ohio, etc.) and Canada (Niagara on the Lake), and the Courtyard is by far the most elegant and luxurious B & B we've stayed in. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous - the website pictures don't come close to showing how lovely... more

We loved this B & B in the heartbeat of Orlando. This is a section of Orlando with beautiful old houses. The house we stayed in was one of them and is very well cared for. We felt like we were in the lap of luxury, back in time. more

Staff was so friendly and genuine. Fantastic elegant breakfast, far beyond a continental breakfast! Great egg dish, strong coffee in dainty china cups, fresh fruit, high quality pastries. With the "summer special," of course you are not going to get the fancy Victorian rooms, but the Art Deco (which was roomy and comfortable, but not elegant or romantic). If elegance... more

Ah to step back in time and be treated so elegantly! This B&B complex is a hidden jewel, breathtakingly beautiful and painstakenly cared for. How fortunate that someone how the intellegience to save these historic homes. There are major highway ramps bordering the complex, but you soon forget them when you see the courtyard. However, with this location, you can... more

We stayed in the attic room at the Dr. Phillips house which was gorgeous, the next night we were in the honeymoon suite which was also nice. You do hear some late night traffic/people noise from downtown on the weekends. more

I booked a room after reading some of the positive reviews on here and looking at their website. There are a few things I would have done differently if I were to stay here again. First of all, request anything but the Wellington, the art deco house we stayed in. We were on the first floor of one of the... more

We should have looked at TripAdvisor before booking our room. However, we did not and were disappointed in our accomodations. First, we were in the "Art Deco" pink building which was not only full of unattactive, yard sale furniture, but was also dirty and old. We were not told when we booked the room that we would not be in... more

We stayed here for two nights 8 & 9 October and had a fabulous time. We stayed in one of two Victorian houses in the honeymoon suite. The room which was furnished with antiques was great and the bathroom spacious with a fabulous Victorian enamel bath. Original features abound. If you like sanitized contemporary corporate style accommodation this may not... more
