This is an older Residence Inn, probably one of the first built by Marriott. It's a two story walkup, with an old kitchen. The hotel need a renovation. Compared to the newer ones, it's pretty tired. Very pleased with this hotel. Travelled with 3 small children and found it clean, spacious and convenient in all respects. Self-catering is easy - a full range plus separate microwave and the large fridge has a freezer. The room was very nice. Clean, comfortable, large bathroom. The room also had a complete kitchen. It looked like the hotel had been recently painted and spruced up on the outside. If you look close you can see that it shows its age in a few places but nothing that bothered me for the price. Very friendly front desk staff.... more

We have stayed in Marriott's all over the world and this one was just not up to their standards. We like Marriott because of the no smoking rules but either they don't enforce them at this hotel or we just got an old smoking room that hadn't been cleaned properly. We were relocating to Florida and this hotel made our stay be the best. It was the apartment like that we needed for the two weeks. The room was clean with no smells, service was wonderful, the grounds were nice. It was great!!!! more
