Sure it's an older property but for the amount of wear & tear all the hotels in the area must get, it is holding up nicely. This is an older Residence Inn, probably one of the first built by Marriott. It's a two story walkup, with an old kitchen. The hotel need a renovation. Compared to the newer ones, it's pretty tired.
