My husband and our two children stayed here for 3 days. The room had a smell, the fan in the bathroon didn't work. Therefore, if someone went toi the bathroom and had a bowel movement, everyone in the room smelled it. It was aweful. No activities for the children except a overpriced arcade! Went with apprehension as many past reviews were not kind. Cleanliness was an issue talked about. We opened the door and found a very clean room. we stayed here in january of 2009. we are a married couple ages 26/28. we travelled with our cat and dog to orlando. this was our first time to orlando. we found this hotel on line and booked...mostly for the fact that they allow pets, and the pictures on the web site were nice. for a couple with NO children... more

Hotel was under renovations. Lots of dust flying around. 2 kid sweaters went missing from our room. Shuttle service not reliable. Would never stay there again. Not recommended. Order your own taxi - they provide a taxi service and charge an outrageous flat fee. They don't tell you this until you arrive at your destination. more
