booked with virgin holidays, paid extra for kids themed room didnt get it as the hotel has done awwy wih them Bar was closed at 10 Pm every night pool side bar and snack bar was never open kids club and all activities was none existent.Hotel was mostley id say 80% emptey didnt eat in resturant becouse was over priced. more

We had a great time, check in was a breeze, pool is very clean and the water is very warm. We stayed in the newly renovated side, in a deluex kids suite with a king bed and 2 bunk beds. The room we stayed at had a stale scent and looked worn down. The carpet looked and felt old while the bed's headboard had a layer of dust on it.
