I don't understand the negative reviews here. We have stayed there many times over the past year and the rooms are clean, he staff is professional, helpful and courteous, the have breakfast and coffee every morning. Rooms are spacious and have all the regular amenities. We enjoyed our stay. Overall a wonderful experience.

Rooms are dirty - not a place for kids.
Actually the first room they checked us into wasn't even made up and when we opened the door the heat just about knocked us over.

Rooms have many problems and not always rectified. Bed not made up one day. Toiletries not always replenished. Breakfast buffet service very poor. Usually some items not available and staff very slow to replenish. Seems to be dog friendly hotel with plenty around even at breakfast buffet. Doggy smell in rooms. Not the normal Michigan standard.

Nice, clean hotel, stayed here after going to UF game. First hotel I've stayed in that did not have ESPN and their wireless Internet was down. Otherwise good motel for the price on a football weekend
