This being my second time staying at Ram Sea, I noticed one major improvment, the rooms. Both times going, out stay included my husband, brother, sister-inlaw, niece & nephew. Our first time, Ram Sea II RM 212 was the worst posible room imaginable. Yet our second time, RM 312 was fully loaded with enough space, slightly used appliances, and cleanliness.... more

In October 2009, we had six people stay in Unit 613 at Ram Sea II. It was an incredible visit, and I encourage others to seek out the Ram Sea II. We traveled with my two small children and their grandparents. The unit was large enough to provide enough space for everyone -- no one felt cramped or uncomfortable. The... more

2nd visit, the first we were lucky in having a superb condo, we asked for it again but were given another which we were not happy with - very shabby, tears in bed linen, limited towerls, shabby furniture, dirty carpet etc... asked to be moved next morning and were given the one we had originally asked for. Staff couldn't be... more

We came to the Ram Sea for the second year in a row! Our first experience was September 2007 for a wedding on the beach where we rented at the Ram Sea and everyone else stayed at the hotel next door. They were, as we were, pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. We returned home and mentioned to our friends and... more

We stayed in the Ram Sea from 4/23 to 4/29/08. It's so hard for me to book a family vacation each time, because my husband must have directly oceanfront with deck, separate bedroom from kids, kitchen for cooking his favorite homemade food, better to have Hobie Cat or other sailing boats nearby, better to have fishing spots nearby. Kids must... more

Management response from
Queenshoe, Owner

The writer is correct that each unit is individually owned. New living room furniture was delivered to Unit 611 two weeks after this review was written. Later, after the management company forwarded this review to the owner, new dishes were purchased as well as new bedroom furniture and matresses. Please enjoy your stay at the Ram Sea!!

Just returned from a week long stay at the Ram Sea and had a great time. We had a 3 bedroom condo that was very nice. The carpet could have been cleaned, but it is a beach front condo during the springbreak season....the carpet is bound to be dirty. Although the elevator was out of service, which we new about... more

We have been going to the Ram Sea Condos for the past 12 years and it is still our favorite vacation spot. We have stayed all over Florida and love the No. Redington Beach location the best because it is close to and half way between Clearwater and St. Pete - (both of which are too touristy for us). Amazing... more

We stayed at Ram Sea in a 3 BR/2BA condo in March, 2007 for a spring break getaway. It was a spacious unit with plenty of room for the 6 of us. The pool was not crowded but had enough action to interest our 3 teens. It was family friendly and not a wild scene. The beach is wonderful for... more

Unit 409 Stay Away: This is the 2nd year in a row I used JC Resorts to book accomondations at the Ram Sea. Great beach location but dirty unit. Upon checkout in 2006 I suggested in the guest satisfication survey unit #409 carpets be replaced or to say the least shampooed & furniture cleaned. What a waste of time, #409... more
