Lobby was nice but simple. Since I was on the second floor, it was quicker to take stairs than wail for elevator. The vies if the ocean was great and the room was very nice. I did have issues with the the running water in toilet and sink drain.It took 4 calls to get it repaired.

I enjoyed my stay here at the Marco Polo in Miami, service was good, staff/people were helpful. I especially enjoyed the pool area where you can get food, drinks, towels if needed and more. Michael helped me by the pool everyday, he was very nice and helpful!
