This was our first trip to Miami, and when we pulled up to this hotel, we knew immediately we'd made a horrible mistake. It's located in an obviously dangerous neighborhood, with no shopping or restaurants as far as the eye can see. The hotel was dimly lit and had a run-down look. Our room was ugly and uninviting, and it... More

where shall I begin. The hotel is the worst, Holiday Inn needs to remove their flag. Can't see how they allow this hotel to be branded after them. The so called Manager Latoya was very rude and uncaring to our needs. It seems as though the GM doesnt care either to speak with anyone. When the hotel is a dump... More

This place may be a Holiday Inn, but in name only. I'm glad I got a bargain price thru Priceline, otherwise I would have been really upset. Like the reviewers before me I was disappointed. The area was not a safe area at all, and I certainly would not walk outside, especially at night. The lobby was very clean, but... More

THIS IS THE WORST HOLIDAY INN I EVER BEEN 1. The internet is free but there's no signal. This was really frustrating as this is very important for business. I had to use my iphone the whole time. The hotel's internet never worked because there's no signal and no hardwire. 2. The hotel has a restaurant that open at 5:30... More

I'm at the hotel now and while it IS a dump, it's not as bad as I thought. I mean, look folks, it's a Holiday Inn next to a 10 lane highway. The Ritz it ain't. Here what is good: Cleaner than I thought - I'm on the 7th floor and have a king room. It's really not bad. Staff... More

i recently traveled to Florida on business and stayed at the Holiday Inn North Miami. i booked 2 rooms at the hotel based on the fact it was a Holiday Inn, pricing and the location. When we checked in the hotel lobby was clean and appeared clean. Once we went up the elevator to the third floor we were shocked... More

We were desperate and had to settle for this place. The neighborhood was too noisy, a lot of heavy traffic exiting off the freeway. The place didn't have any appliances in the room so we couldn't store fruit or yogurt or drinks. No microwaves, no fridge. The food was awful, I ordered waffles and they popped something in the toaster... More

I stayed once in December and January, both where out of necessity. After the first stay I would not have stayed again if it wasnt for the shortage of rooms because of the Orange Bowl. The rooms where average and way over priced, no ice machines on some of the floors, the restarunt wasn't good at all, average at best.... More

my room was in a poor condition, very old, chipped furniture, cockroaches crawling around the fridge i even didn't want to use that fridge. The bathroom/shower was poorly maintained, i felt like it would fall apart if i touched it, the shower was very weak it was more like dripping. The tap water was yellowish, what's that? i'm afraid that... More
