The place is way worse than what it used to be: dirty old furniture, beds with no skirts, very low inventory of towels, sloppy customer service, AC not properly working. I would not give this hotel a Star. The owner is probably getting by to sell the place because it is not even a motel. The city should force it... More

I didn't pay much, and didn't get much in return. The hotel was muggy and smelled of mildew until I got to my room. The room was great with the exception of no fridge. Convenient location is a positive too. Overall, I would stay here again if I was on a budget.

When I arrived at the Front Desk told me it was too early to check in (to this I agree). But the Front Desk Agent refused to even hold the bags. Room 219 had roaches, the carpet was badly stained. The shower bathroom is slightly mold and had a foul odor to it. Overall, this room should be burned down.... More

This hotel has the worst service ever! I booked a standard double bed room and they provided me with one wash cloth and towel when two people we booked for the room. When asked for another set they had none. The wi-fi has to be used only in the lobby. They have false advertisement in their key their to the... More

Thinking about this place gives me goosebumps. My husband and I were visiting for my cousin's wedding. After seeing several cockroaches and noticing the toilet was covered in dry piss we left. My other cousin was staying there and after receiving problems from front desk over a missing iron, safe issues etc-it wasn't even worth it to try and get... More

We stayed at Holiday Glades Hotel. It was the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had. The wait to check in was just bad. One person was checking people in while two other people stood behind the desk standing there. We stood inline for about 25 min waiting. We get to our room the key reader wast working... More

Nice and clean in the outskirts of Miami. Good value for Money, but WiFi only in the reception area. Very Close to the highway, so best to have a room on the front side of the Hotel. Since it is a coule of miles from Miami Beach ++ you need transportation

It was horrible. Not clean, only internet in the lobby, no fridge, coffee maker or microwave in the room. the only Microwave is on the first floor for all 7 floors. Continental breakfast sucked, open bowls of cereal with flies flying over them. The bar area that they have the breakfast in smells like mold. The shower would not drain... More
