Don't expect glamour and gliz, for the price compared to other hotels in Miami Beach area it's okay-to-fine. They will pick you up at the airport, they will be very helpful with any inquiries. The service was great, but the hotel needs some work. If you don't have a car there is a bus stop just outside the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel many times through the years. It's always very comfortable,clean. This hotel has a great view & location. Pool, gym & a a great restaurant! Also, the staff is friendly & helpful too. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning on staying in the Miami area.
